We provide concrete bin blocks in Rapid City, SD. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for this city: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to the transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. You may be asking the question, “Why are these blocks so special?”, and we have the answer! These blocks have the unique ability to be slid together and interlocked by use of their v-wedge structures. Each block has four of these wedges. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and opposite side have an inverted v-wedge. These opposite shaped wedges enable you to slide the blocks together simply and smoothly, which can be utilized for a variety of different projects. In addition, there is no need to have complicated or a special type of rigging equipment in order to move these blocks. Each block possesses a rebar handle loop on its top, which allows for easy movement of the blocks. If you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks, please give us a call and we would be more than happy to speak with you. Thank you!  833-763-1711

We provide concrete barrier blocks in Rapid City, SD. How exactly do you receive your blocks after purchasing them? Well, we offer two different methods of block transportation and you are able to select whichever method best suits your needs! However, please take into consideration that both of these methods have a few different requirements that must be met on your end of things in order for the processes to go smoothly and safely. We will walk you through these requirements down below, starting with the delivery requirements: First off, you will need to make sure you have the proper, on-site block offloading equipment that can safely offload your blocks. In order to offload the blocks safely and efficiently, this equipment must be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ (this is because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer about 5’) and 2) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). Next, you will need to have enough space for the delivery semi to safely maneuver in and out of the block drop off site. In order to do this, a space of 47’-53’ must be open and available. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to move the blocks to the actual, desired site. That wraps up the block delivery requirements! We will now go over the block pick up requirements. First, you will need to give us a call so that we can help you set up a date and time to come to our facility and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick up your blocks, we will load the blocks onto the trailer for you. However, we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. If you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these methods or requirements, please feel free to give us a call and someone from our team would be more than happy to speak with you and help you out.
