We provide concrete bin blocks in Wilmington, NC. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for this location: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. For transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. What makes these blocks so helpful though? Well, these blocks are specially equipped with v-wedges, which allow you to slide the blocks together. This feature can be helpful for a variety of projects, both large scale and small scale. On both the top and side of each block, you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and opposite side have an inverted v-wedge. Because these v-wedges are oppositely shaped, the blocks are able to slide together efficiently and smoothly. These blocks also have a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop allows you to move the blocks around without having to use a special or complicated rigging equipment. If you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks, please give us a call today! Someone from our team would be happy to speak with you! Our number is: 833-763-1711

We provide concrete barrier blocks in Wilmington, NC, but how can these blocks be used? They can be utilized in all types of projects! Please feel free to let us know if you have any other uses for these blocks in mind! We would love to hear your thoughts and ideas! We provide concrete bin blocks in Wilmington, NC. How do you receive your blocks after you purchase them though? Well, we have two options available for you to choose from: block delivery or block pick up. You are able to select whichever method you would like, but we also will need your help! Both of these methods have a couple of requirements that will need to be met on your end of things in order for these processes to go safely and smoothly. We will go over the requirements below, but please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or concerns about either of these processes or their requirements. Thank you! We will start by going over the block delivery requirements. First, you will need to make sure you have enough space available so that the delivery semi can safely maneuver in and out of the block drop-off location. An open space of 47’-53’ will need to be accessible for this purpose! However, if you do not have access to this much space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual site. Next, you will need to make sure you have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that is both on-site and ready to offload the blocks once they arrive. In order to do this safely and smoothly, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ (this is because, in height, the blocks are 2’ and the trailer is 5’) and 2) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). Now we will move on to the block pick up requirements. First, you will need to set up a date and time to come to one of our plants and pick up your blocks. You can do this by giving us a call! Someone from our wonderful team would be happy to help you out! When you come to pick up the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you, so no need to worry about that part of things! However, we do ask that you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. This is all that is required for the block pick up process as well! Again, please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements.
