Both of these processes have a few different requirements that must be met on your end of things in order for them to go safely and smoothly, which we will discuss down below, starting with delivery. First off, in order for the delivery semi to be able to safely enter and exit the drop off site, there must be a space of 47’-53’ available. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping off the blocks at another nearby location and then use smaller equipment to transport the blocks back to the actual site. Next, you must have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that is capable of offloading your blocks. In order to properly do this, this equipment must be able to do two different things. First, it must be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks. The weights vary depending on the type and size of block, so please contact us for more information regarding this. Thank you! Second, this equipment must be able to reach a height of 7’+. This is because, in height, the blocks are each 2’ and the trailer is 5’. Now we will move on to the pick up requirements. First, you will need to give us a call so that we can set you up with a date and time to come pick up your blocks from our facility. When you come to pick up the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you, but we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down.
