We provide concrete bin blocks in Waukegan, IL. For the city of Waukegan, we offer two different sizes of these blocks. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. These blocks are affordable, environmentally friendly, and would make a great addition to a variety of projects. These blocks are especially useful because they have v-wedges, which allow you to easily slide the blocks together. There are a total of four v-wedges on each block. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge. On both the bottom and opposite side of the block, you can find an inverted v-wedge. These opposite shaped structures are what allow the blocks to fit together perfectly. These blocks also come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop is helpful because it allows you to move the blocks around easily without having to use complicated rigging equipment. We would be happy to speak with you if you have any questions or would like further information so please feel free to give us a call today! Thank you. 833-763-1711

We provide concrete barrier blocks in Waukegan, IL. As we mentioned previously, these blocks can be useful for a variety of purposes. They can be utilized in projects both large and small. If you have any ideas or questions regarding the usage of these blocks, please feel free to let us know. We would love to hear your thoughts! Here are some of the more common ways our blocks have been/can be used: concrete retaining walls, traffic control, parking lot management, anchor weights for large tents, utilities security, fuel/propane tank protection, property separation, storage bins, road district material storage, and general weight. Their uses are not limited to just these options though!

We provide concrete bin blocks in Waukegan, IL, but how do you get these blocks to your project location? We offer two different methods of how you can recieve your blocks after purchasing them. We offer the methods of block delivery or block pick up. There are a couple requirements that will need to be met on your end of things in order for these processes to go safely and smoothly though, so please take that into consideration! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements though. We will walk you through these requirements below and if you have any questions or concerns, someone from our team is readily available to chat with you. We will start with the requirements for the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure that you have enough space for the delivery semi to safely enter and exit the block drop off site. To make sure that this is possible, an open space of 47’-53’ will need to be accessible. However, if you do not have this much space available to you, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another area that does have enough space. From this alternate location, we can use smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. Second, you will need to make sure that you have the proper size of equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. In order to offload the blocks safely, this equipment will need to be able to carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs) and reach a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). These are the requirements that need to be met for the block delivery process. We will now go over the requirements that need to be met for the block pick up process. First, you will need to give us a call. Someone from our team will be happy to speak with you and help you arrange a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. We ask that when you come, please bring along a set of straps and/or chains that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so please do not worry about that part of things. We are happy to take care of it for you.
