We keep saying we provide bin blocks in Washington, but what type of block is that exactly? Well, it is a v-wedge block. First off, an important thing to note is that these blocks luckily do not take any special rigging equipment in order to be moved around. Each block comes with a rebar handle loop installed to the top, so all you need to do is attach a chain to it! These blocks can be used for a variety of projects. These blocks are able to interlock with one another by use of their v-wedge shapes. Each block has a wedge on its top and side and a reverse version of the wedge on the bottom and opposite side. These wedges enable the blocks to smoothly slide together, which comes in handy for some particular projects. These blocks can come in a few different sizes and weights, so please contact us for more specific details. Thank you.

Now you may be wondering, what kind of projects can I use these blocks in? The answer is all kinds! We offer a selection of blocks that can make a difference in many different projects, large and small. People from all different areas have utilized our blocks in order to complete their various projects. Some of these projects have included: parking lot management, anchor weights for large tents, fuel/propane tank protection, concrete retaining walls, general weight, property separation, utilities security, road district storage, storage bins, and traffic control. If you have any additional ideas or questions regarding concrete block usage, please contact us. We’d love to hear from you.

We provide concrete barrier blocks in WA, but how do you receive your blocks? Well, we have two different modes of transport that you can select from. We offer both delivery and pick up of your concrete blocks. We will walk you through both of these processes and their requirements down below. Let’s talk through delivery first. In order to have your blocks delivered to your project site, you must have the proper block offloading equipment on the site, ready to offload the blocks once they arrive. This machinery must be able to reach up to a height of 7’+. This is because the trailer is 5’ in height and each block is around 2’ in height. In addition, it must be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks. (Please contact us for more specific details regarding the sizes and weights of each block.) Lastly, your drop off zone must have an area of 47’-53’ so that the delivery semi can properly and safely enter and exit the site. If this much room is not available, we can discuss dropping off the blocks at another, available area and then proceed to use smaller equipment in order to move the blocks back to the actual site. If you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery, please give us a call. Now let’s walk through the pick up process. In order to kick off pick up, you will need to give us a call and chat with one of our wonderful team members. They will be happy to help you out. They can set you up with a date and time to come and pick up your blocks at our facility. We ask that when you come, you bring a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks to the trailer bed. However, we will load the blocks up for you, so no need to worry about that part. We’ve got you covered. If you have any questions or concerns regarding pick up, please give us a call.
