What type of blocks do we provide in Waco, TX? Well, we provide blocks that are also commonly known as v-wedge blocks. These wedges enable these blocks to be slid together and interlocked simply and efficiently. Each block has four wedges. Two protruding wedges can be found on the top and side of the block, while two inverted wedges that form v-shaped indents, can be found on the bottom and other side. Another feature these blocks have that proves to be quite helpful is their rebar handle loop, found on the blocks’ tops. These loops enable you to move these blocks around without the use of complicated rigging equipment. We offer these useful blocks in two different sizes for the city of Waco: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, you can put either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks per trailer. If you have any questions or would like further information, please feel free to contact us and we’d love to chat.

Now, how exactly can you use our blocks? They can be used in all sorts of different ways! Some of the more common ways our blocks have been used are in projects like: creating storage bins for road districts, parking lot management, traffic control, property protection, anchor weights for large tents, concrete retaining walls, fuel/propane tank protection, utilities security, and general weight. If you have any other block usage questions or ideas, please let us know! 817-736-2525

Lastly, we will talk about how you can relieve your blocks. You have two different options when it comes to block transportation: delivery or pick up. We will discuss these method requirements down below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these options, please do not hesitate to let us know by giving us a call. Let’s start with the delivery requirements. First, you must have an open space of 47’-53’ available at your designated block drop-off area so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the site. If you do not have this much space available to you, we can discuss dropping off the blocks at another location and then proceed to transport the blocks to the actual site by use of smaller equipment. Second, you must have the proper, on-site equipment that is capable of offloading your blocks once they arrive. In order to properly and safely do this, this equipment must be able to 1) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+; because in height, the blocks are 2’ and the trailer is 5’. Next we will move on to the pick up requirements. First off, you will need to give us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to our facility and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick them up, we ask that you bring along some chains and/or straps that are able to secure the blocks to the trailer after we load them up for you. Thank you! Again, if you have any questions or concerns about either of these methods, please do not hesitate to contact us!
