We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Ventura, CA. Both of these block types are great, affordable, and environmentally friendly options for projects of all different sizes and types. Both of these block types also come with the unique, yet helpful, feature of being able to slide together and interlock with blocks of their same kind. They are able to do this because they each have oppositely shaped structures that are able to fit together. The concrete bin blocks have v-wedges that make this possible. You can find a protruding v-wedge on the top and side of each block, as well an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side. The concrete lego blocks have cylindrical shaped structures that make this possible. You can find two cylindrical shaped protrusions on the top of each block, as well as two cylindrical shaped indents on the bottom. These opposite shaped structures found on each of these block types are what allow the blocks to fit together so smoothly and effectively. Each block type also comes with a rebar handle loop installed into each of the block’s tops. This loop enables you to move the blocks around easily without having to use any complicated or special kind of rigging equipment. Now, for the sizing of these blocks, we offer each block type in two different sizes. For the concrete bin blocks, we offer a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. For the concrete lego blocks, we offer a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,750lbs and a 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,375lbs. As for the transportation of these blocks, each trailer is capable of transporting up to either thirteen of the 6’ blocks, twenty-six of the 3’ blocks, ten of the 5’ blocks, or twenty of the 2.5’ blocks. Please feel free to contact us today if you have any questions or if you would like further information about these blocks or our business. We would be happy to chat with you! We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Ventura, CA. Once purchased, these blocks are able to be received in one of two ways. We offer the block receival methods of delivery and pick up. Although you are able to select whichever method you would prefer when it comes to receiving your blocks, please note that we will need your help with meeting a couple of requirements on your end of things to ensure that the process you select can go safely and smoothly. Do not worry though. These requirements are nothing too complicated and we are here to help if you have any questions or concerns along the way. We will walk you through the requirements associated with each of the processes below. We will start by going over the requirements associated with the block delivery process. The first requirement is having enough space for the delivery semi to safely enter and exit the block drop off area. Please ensure that you have an open space of 47’-53’ available for this purpose. If you do not have this much space available at your block drop off location, we have an alternate option. We also have the option of dropping off the blocks at another nearby location that does have enough space and then utilizing smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site afterward. The second requirement is having the proper size of equipment that is both on-site and capable of offloading the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To be capable of safely offloading the blocks from the trailer, this equipment will need to be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-4,750lbs) and reaching a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are each about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). These are the only requirements that you will need to make sure to meet in order for the block delivery process to go safely. Therefore, we will now go over the requirements that are associated with the block pick up process. The first requirement is arranging a date and time to come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities. To do so, please give us a call and someone from our team would be happy to help you out! The second requirement is bringing with you a set of straps and/or chains that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. Our team will take care of loading the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so no need to worry about that part. These are the only requirements that you will need to make sure to meet in order for the block pick up process to go safely. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements, so thank you! Please do not hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns about either of these processes or their requirements.
