We provide bin blocks in Toledo, OH. These blocks come in two different sizes: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400bs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can hold either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or eighteen of the 4’ blocks. So, what is so special and useful about these blocks? Well, each block has two sets of v-wedges, which enable them to slide together smoothly with one another, which makes them useful for a number of different projects. One set of the wedges can be found on the top and side of the block, while the second, inverted set of wedges can be found on the bottom and opposite side. Another cool feature about these blocks is that you do not need any special rigging equipment in order to move them around. A rebar handle loop can be found on the top of each block which enables you to do this. If you have any questions or would like even further information about these blocks, please do not hesitate to contact us! Someone from our team would be more than happy to speak with you.

So, after you purchase your blocks, how do you receive them? Well, through one of two ways: delivery or pick up. We will explain these options and their requirements down below, starting with delivery. If you have any questions or concerns regarding either of them, please give us a call! Now, let’s walk through delivery. First off, you must have enough space for the delivery semi to safely enter and exit the drop off site. A space of 47’-53’ must be available for this purpose. If you do not have this much room at your disposal, we can talk about dropping the blocks off at another, nearby location and using smaller equipment to move the blocks to the actual, desired location. Next, you must have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment. In order to offload your blocks safely and efficiently, this equipment must be able to 1) reach a height of 7 ‘+ because, in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are 2’H.

2) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). Now, let’s walk through pick up. First thing you will need to do is give us a call. Someone from our team will be happy to speak with you and help set you up with a date and time to come to our facility and pick up your blocks. When you come to get them, we will load the blocks onto the trailer for you, but we ask that in order to secure the blocks down, you bring a set of chains and/or straps with you. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
