We provide concrete bin blocks in The Woodlands, TX. What exactly are these blocks and why are they worth purchasing? These blocks are an affordable and environmentally friendly option that make a great addition to a variety of projects, both large and small sized. Each block is also equipped with four v-wedges as well. You can find a protruding v-wedge on both the top and side of the block and an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side of the block. What exactly is the purpose of these v-wedges? These v-wedges, since they are oppositely shaped, allow the blocks to slide together and interlock easily and smoothly. This ability can come in handy for a variety of purposes. Each block also has a rebar handle loop on its top as well! This loop allows for you to move the blocks without requiring any special or complicated type of rigging equipment. Lastly, the blocks for this particular location come with the option of an installable, decorative face. Please feel free to contact us for more details regarding this option. Thanks! Now, what about the block sizing? For the city of The Woodlands, TX, we offer these blocks in two different sizes. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. The trailer(s) that transport these blocks can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks at a time. We would love to provide you with more information or answer any questions you may have so please feel free to contact us today! We provide concrete bin blocks in The Woodlands, TX. Once you purchase your blocks, you will be faced with the decision of how you would like to receive them. There are two different options of how you can get your blocks to your project site that you are able to choose from. We offer you the choice between block delivery or block pick up. Although you are free to choose whichever method you would like or prefer, there are, however, a few requirements that will need to be met on your end of things to ensure that these processes can go safely and smoothly. We will explain the requirements associated with both of these processes below. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We would be happy to speak with you. We also appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements, so thank you! Now, we will start by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is making sure that you have enough space available so that the delivery semi is able to safely enter and exit the block drop off area. An open space of 47’-53’ will need to be accessible for this purpose. If your intended block drop-off area does not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to transport it to the actual project site. The second requirement is having the proper size of equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive on-site. To safely offload the blocks from the trailer, this equipment will need to be able to 1) safely carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). These are the only requirements associated with the block delivery process so we will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is setting up a date and time to come to one of our facilities to pick up your blocks. You can do so by giving our team a call. We would be happy to help arrange this date and time for you. When you come to pick up your blocks, we will gladly load them onto the trailer for you so no need to worry about that part of things! The second requirement, however, is making sure that you bring along a set of straps and/or chains that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. These are the only requirements associated with the block pick up process as well. Again, please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or their associated requirements. Thank you.
