Now that we’ve discussed the names of some cities we provide for, let’s move on to block names. There is a vast majority of concrete block names out there. But to help you familiarize yourself with the block names that we typically use, you can use the following list: waste blocks, soldier blocks, barrier blocks, bin blocks, mafia block, jumbo blocks, lego blocks, ecology blocks, leftover concrete blocks, interlocking v-blocks, stackable concrete blocks, gravity wall blocks, large concrete retaining wall blocks, and storage wall blocks. If you have any other concrete block names that you are more accustomed to using, please let us know and we can add it to the list! But, regardless of what you call them, we provide concrete barrier blocks in the state of Pennsylvania.

We provide concrete barrier blocks in the state of Pennsylvania. But, what kind of concrete barrier block do we provide? Well, we provide what we like to call a v-wedge block. Most commonly, we provide these blocks with a measurement of 6’ x 2’ x 2’ and a weight of 3,600lbs; but we have other dimensions available. So, please give us a call to see what other block options are available. These blocks received the name v-wedge blocks because of the v-wedges they use to interlock with each other. On the top and one side of the block is a regular v-wedge, while a reverse version of that wedge can be found on the bottom and opposite side of the block. These wedges create a smooth, easy way to link the blocks together, making them handy for a multitude of projects. In addition to making things smooth and efficient, these blocks require no special rigging equipment to move them! They have a rebar handle loop installed to the top of each block so that you can move them with ease. If you have any questions about these blocks or other blocks we have available, please give us a call.

What types of uses do our concrete blocks provide? Well, a multitude of things. We believe that concrete blocks can make a difference in a number of projects, whether it be a large, community wide project or a smaller home/property improvement project. Some of the ways our blocks have been utilized are in some of these types of projects: property separation/privacy, storage bins, traffic control, managing parking lots, concrete retaining walls, road district storage, utilities security, anchor weights, fuel/propane tank protection, as well as just general weight. If you have any other ideas on how concrete blocks can be used, or questions about if concrete blocks are the right addition to your project, please give us a call! We’d love to hear from you.

We provide bin blocks in the state of Pennsylvania, but how do you receive your blocks? Well, that’s what we will now discuss. In regards to transporting your blocks to Pennsylvania and to whichever city you may be located, we have two different methods of block transport to choose from: delivery or pick up. First, let’s discuss the delivery process. First thing to note is that your block drop off site needs to have a space of 47’-53’ so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the site. If for some reason your site lacks this much space, we can discuss dropping off the blocks at another nearby site and using smaller equipment to move the blocks to the actual, desired location. In regards to offloading machinery, you will need to have a proper kind. The proper kind, meaning, it must be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks, (It just depends on which size of block you are receiving. Please give us a call for more information,) and reach a height up to 7’+. This is because, in height, the trailer is usually 5’ and the blocks are 2’. Next, let’s talk about the pick up process. In order to put the pick up process into motion you’ll need to give us a call. Someone from our wonderful team can set you up with a date and time to come to our plant and receive your blocks. We ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can secure the blocks to the trailer. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you, so no need to worry about that part. If you have any questions about the delivery or pick up processes, please contact us. Again, we’d love to hear from you!
