We provide concrete bin blocks in Sugar Land, TX. For the city of Sugar Land, TX, we offer two different sizes of these blocks. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. The trailer that transports these blocks is able to transport up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks at a time. These blocks are useful for a variety of projects, both large and small scale. Why? Well, these blocks are able to be slid together and interlocked with one another if you desire. This is possible due to the v-wedges on each block. There are four of them per block. On the top and side of the block there is a protruding v-wedge while there is an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side. These oppositely shaped wedges are what allow the blocks to be slid together so easily and smoothly. These blocks also have a rebar handle loop on each of their tops, which allows you to move the blocks around easily and efficiently. It enables you to do so without the use of complicated or special rigging equipment as well. These blocks come with the option of an installable, decorative face as well so please contact us for more details regarding this option. Please contact us as well if you have any questions or would like further information. We would love to learn how we can best serve you starting today. We provide concrete bin blocks in Sugar Land, TX. Once you purchase your blocks, you will be faced with the choice of how you would like to receive your blocks. You are able to get your blocks to your project site in one of two ways. We offer you the choice between having your blocks delivered to your project site or you are able to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks yourself. You are able to choose whichever method you prefer or whichever better suits your needs. However, please note that you will need to make sure you meet a couple of requirements, regardless of which method you choose. We will go over the requirements associated with both of these processes below. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we would be more than happy to speak with you. We will start with the requirements for the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure that you have an open space of 47’-53’ available at your block drop off site so that the delivery semi is able to enter and exit the area safely. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location that does have enough space. From there, we can use smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. Second, you will need to have the proper sized equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To safely offload the blocks, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the trailer is about 5’ and the blocks are about 2’) and 2) safely carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). That wraps up the requirements for the block delivery process so we will now switch over to going over the requirements for the block pick up process. First, you will need to schedule a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. To do so, please give us a call and someone from our team would be happy to help you out. Second, on your scheduled date and time, you will need to bring with you a set of chains and/or straps. These will be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. Our team will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though so no need to worry about that part of things. That wraps up the requirements for the block pick up process as well. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements, so thank you! Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns!
