We provide concrete barrier blocks in Savannah, GA, but what is so special about these blocks? Well, these blocks are specially equipped with features that enable them to interlock with one another, making them useful for a ton of different projects. How are they able to do this? Well, these blocks are also what are known as v-wedge blocks. This is because each block has four v-wedges that enable them to slide together easily and smoothly. On the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge. While on the bottom and opposite side, you can find a v-shaped indent. Another helpful feature about these blocks is their rebar handle loop. By using the rebar handle loop found on each of the block tops, you can move them around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. We offer these blocks in a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ size that weighs 3,600lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, thirteen of these blocks can fit per trailer.  If you have any questions about these blocks or would like more information, please feel free to give us a call! Someone from our team would be more than happy to speak with you.

We provide concrete barrier blocks in Savannah, GA, but how exactly should you expect to receive your blocks? Well, we offer either delivery or pick up, so the choice is up to you! However, please note that both of these methods have a few different requirements that must be met on your end of things in order for them to go safely and smoothly. We will discuss these requirements with you down below. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to contact us. Let’s start with the delivery requirements. First, you must have the proper block offloading equipment that is on-site and ready to offload the blocks once they arrive. In order to do this safely and efficiently, this equipment must be able to 1) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (this is because, in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are 2’). Next, you must have an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off area. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another, nearby location and then proceed to move the blocks to the actual, desired spot using smaller equipment. Now onto the pick up requirements. First off, you will have to give us a call. During this call, someone from our team can help you set up a date and time to come pick up your blocks from our facility.  We will gladly load the blocks onto the trailer for you, but in order to secure the blocks down, we ask that you bring along a set of chains or straps that are able to do this. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Again, if you have any questions or concerns about either of these processes, please give us a call.
