We provide bin blocks in Santa Fe, NM; but what is so useful about these blocks? These blocks can be utilized in all kinds of different projects, thanks to their v-wedges. Each block has four of these wedges, which fit together so that the blocks can slide together smoothly and interlock. You can find a v-wedge protruding out of the top and side of the block, while an inverted, v-shaped divot can be found on the bottom and opposite side of the block. Another helpful feature about these blocks that is worth noting is their rebar handle loops. Each block has one of these on their tops, which enable you to move these blocks around without the use of complicated rigging equipment. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for the city of Santa Fe: 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, you can fit either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. If you have any questions about these blocks or would like more information, please give us a call!

Now, the last thing we will discuss is how you can receive your blocks after you purchase them. We offer either delivery or pick up of your blocks. Both of these methods have a few different requirements that must be met in order for them to go safely and smoothly, which we will discuss down below. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Let’s start with the delivery requirements. First off, you must have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment, on site, ready to offload the blocks once they arrive. In order to do this safely, this equipment must be able to 1) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the blocks are 2’ and the trailer is 5’) and 2) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). Next, you must have an open space of 47’-53’ available for the delivery semi so that it can safely enter and exit the drop off area. If you do not have this much space open to your use, we can discuss dropping off the blocks at another, nearby area. From this alternate location, we can use smaller machinery to transport the blocks to the actual, desired spot. Now we will discuss the pick up process. First thing you will need to do is give us a call. Someone from our team will be more than happy to help you set up a date and time to come pick up your blocks from our plant. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you, but we ask that you bring along some chains and/or straps that are able to secure the blocks down. Thank you! If you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or their requirements, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
