We provide concrete bin blocks in Santa Clara, CA. These blocks are able to be utilized in a lot of different projects, both large and small. They are also very useful because of their ability to slide together and interlock. Each block is equipped with v-wedges, which allow them to do this. You can find a protruding v-wedge on both the top and side of the block, as well as an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side. These oppositely shaped v-wedges are what allow the blocks to slide together smoothly and easily. Each of the blocks also comes with a rebar handle loop installed on its top, which enables you to move the blocks around without having to use any complicated or special kind of rigging equipment. You also have the option for ordering these blocks with an installable, decorative face as well. Please contact us for more information about this detail. Thanks! For the sizing of these blocks, we offer them in two different sizes for the city of Pasadena, CA. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. The trailer(s) that transport these blocks can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. We provide concrete bin blocks in Santa Clara, CA, which you can receive in one of two ways after purchasing. We offer you the choice between having your blocks delivered to your project site or you are able to come pick them up from one of our facilities. Please note though that regardless of which method you select, you will need to meet a couple of requirements on your end of things so that whichever method you end up picking can go safely and smoothly. Do not worry, we will walk you through what these requirements are below and if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, we would be happy to speak with and help you. We will start by going over the requirements associated with the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure that there is an open, available space of 47’-53’ available at your product drop off site so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the area. If your intended block delivery area does not have this much open, available space, we have a second option! We are also able to drop the blocks off at another nearby location and then use smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site by using smaller equipment. Second, you will need to have the proper size of on-site equipment that can offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To be capable of safely offloading the blocks from the trailer, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ (in height, the trailer is about 5’ and the blocks are about 2’) and 2) carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). These are the only requirements that will need to be met for the block delivery process. We will now go over the requirements associated with the block pick up process. First, you will need to give us a call. During this call, someone from our team will be able to help you set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. Second, when you come to pick up your blocks on this date and time, you will need to bring along a set of chains and/or straps as well. These will be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. Our team will take care of loading the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so no need to worry about that part of things! These are the only requirements that need to be met for the block pick up process as well. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements as well, so thank you!
