We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Sandy Springs, GA. Both of these block types make great additions to a variety of projects, both large and small scale ones. Both of these blocks also have the unique ability to be slid together and interlocked with one another. The concrete bin blocks are able to do this because they have v-wedges. On both the top and side of each block you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and other side have an inverted v-wedge. These opposite shaped v-wedge shapes are what allow the blocks to fit together so smoothly. The concrete lego blocks have two cylindrical protrusions on each of their tops, along with two indents of the same cylindrical shape on each of their bottoms. These opposite shaped cylindrical structures are what allow these blocks to fit together so smoothly as well. Both of these block types also come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop is what allows you to move the blocks around without the requirement of any special or complicated rigging equipment. As for the sizing of these blocks, we offer the concrete bin blocks in two different sizes: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. We offer the concrete lego blocks in one size: a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,750lbs. As for the transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to either thirteen of the 6’ blocks, twenty-six of the 3’ blocks, or ten of the 5’ blocks. We provide concrete barrier blocks and concrete lego blocks in Sandy Springs, GA. These blocks, as we mentioned previously, make great additions to a variety of projects both large and small scale. We would love to know how you plan to use these blocks! We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Sandy Springs, GA, but how exactly do you get these blocks to your project-site after purchasing them? We offer two different options of how these blocks are able to be received. We offer the options of block delivery and block pick up. You are able to select whichever method you prefer, but there are a couple of requirements that will need to be met on your end of things to ensure that these processes are able to go safely and smoothly, regardless of which method you choose. We will discuss these requirements with you down below and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We would be more than happy to speak with and help you out. We will start by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement you will need to make sure of is having the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that is capable of safely offloading the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To do this safely and smoothly, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ and 2) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-4,750lbs). The second requirement is having an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely maneuver in and out of the block drop off area. If your intended block drop off location does not have this much extra space available, we have an alternate option for you! We can always drop the blocks off at another nearby location that does have enough space and then use smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. That wraps up the requirements for the block delivery process. We will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first thing you will need to do is give us a call so that we can help set you up with a date and time for you to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick up the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you though, so do not worry about that part of things. The second thing you will need to make sure of though is bringing with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. That wraps up the requirements for the block pick up process as well. Again, please give us a call if you still have any outstanding questions or concerns. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. Thank you!
