Concrete Blocks Salt Lake actually have quite a few different names they are referred to as. Sometimes this can make block referral a little tricky. To become more familiar with the names we typically use, you can take a look at the list we created down below: lego blocks, gravity wall blocks, jumo blocks, bin blocks, barrier blocks, waste blocks, interlocking v-blocks, soldier blocks, ecology blocks, mafia blocks, stackable Concrete Blocks Salt Lake, large concrete retaining wall blocks, leftover concrete blocks, and storage wall blocks. If you have some other names in mind, please feel free to let us know and we can add them to our list!

Available for both Salt Lake City and Provo, in addition to other nearby areas, is a 6´x2´x2´ or a 3´x2´x2´ v-wedge block. The 6´x2´x2´ weighs in at about 3,600lbs and the 3´x2´x2´, 1,800lbs. Each block is equipped with a v-wedge on the top and side, along with a reverse version of the wedge on the bottom and other side. These specially designed wedges enable the blocks to interlock easily for a variety of projects. For movement and relocating the blocks, you can simply attach a chain to the rebar handle loop located on top of the block. Thirteen of the 6´ blocks can fit on a trailer. While on the other hand, twenty-six of the 3’ ones can fit.

In addition to the number of names blocks come with, concrete blocks have an endless amount of uses. They can be used in so many different projects in many different locations and conditions. For a few examples of how our Concrete Blocks Salt Lake can be utilized, you can take a look at our following list: general weights, anchor weights, storage bins, concrete retaining walls, utilities security, property separation, parking lot and/or traffic management, fuel or propane tank protection, and road district storage. If you have any more ideas on furthering the use of concrete blocks, please let us know!

When it comes to the methods of transport for the blocks, we have two options: pickup or delivery. For pick up, you will need to give us a call and we will schedule a date and time for you to come to our facility and receive the blocks. We will ask you to provide straps and/or chains for security of the blocks, although we will be doing the loading of the blocks onto the trailer. For delivery, your drop-off site must have the proper adequate equipment in order to offload the blocks once they arrive. This equipment must 1) be able to lift up to 3,600 or 1,800lbs (depending on the size of block being delivered) and 2) reach a height up to 7´+ because each block is 2´ in height and the trailer is typically 5´ as well. Please have a space of 48´-53´ available in order for the delivery semi to efficiently enter and exit the site. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss drop off at another nearby area and use smaller machinery to transport the blocks to the desired location. To offload the blocks, all you will need to do is attach a chain to the rebar handle loop on top of the block, so no special rigging will be required. If you have any questions or concerns regarding either delivery or pick-up, please let us know by giving us a call. Again, our number is: 833-763-1711
