We provide concrete bin blocks in Round Rock, TX. These blocks are affordable, environmentally friendly, and can be utilized in a variety of different projects. These blocks are specially equipped with v-wedges, which allow the blocks to be interlocked together, if you desire. Each block has four of these v-wedges. You can find a protruding v-wedge on both the top and side of the block while an inverted v-wedge can be found on the bottom and other side of the block. These oppositely shaped v-wedges are what allow the blocks to be slid together so easily and smoothly. These blocks also come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop allows you to move these blocks around without requiring any sort of special or complicated rigging equipment. When it comes to the sizing of these blocks, we offer two different sizes for the city of Round Rock, TX. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400 lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer is capable of transporting up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or eighteen of the 4’ blocks. We provide concrete bin blocks in Round Rock, TX. After purchasing your blocks, you will be faced with the decision of how you would like to receive them. There are two different methods of how you can receive your blocks and you are able to choose whichever method you would like or whichever better suits your needs. Although you are able to select whichever method you would like, there are a couple of requirements that will need to be met on your end of things to ensure that these processes are able to go safely and smoothly. We will explain the requirements associated with each of these requirements below. We will start off by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is having enough space so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off area. In order for this to happen, an open space of 47’-53’ must be available. If you do not have this much space at your disposal, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area and then use smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired location afterwards. The second requirement is having the properly sized equipment that can offload the blocks from the trailer safely once they arrive. To offload the blocks safely, this equipment must be able to safely carry the weight of your blocks (2,400-3,600lbs) and reach a height of 7 ‘+ because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’. These are the only requirements for the block delivery process. We will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is giving us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you call, someone from our wonderful team would be more than happy to help you out. The second requirement is bringing with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. We will take care of loading the blocks onto the trailer for you though so no need to worry about that part of things. These are the only requirements for the block pick up process as well. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements as well, so thank you! We would be happy to speak with you if you have any questions or concerns as well. Please feel free to give us a call today!
