We provide concrete barrier blocks in Rhode Island, but what is so special about these blocks? These blocks are also known as v-wedge blocks. They have the ability to interlock with one another by utilizing their v-wedges. There are four wedges total; one on the top, one on the side, and a reverse version of the wedge on the bottom and opposite side. These enable the blocks to slide together smoothly and securely. These blocks are a great option for many different projects. In addition, each of these blocks comes with a rebar handle loop on the top. These loops are used for moving the blocks around. That way, you don’t require complicated rigging equipment in order to move them! Please note that these blocks come in various sizes and weights. Please contact us with more information regarding these smaller details. Thank you.

Now, let’s discuss the question of “How do you receive your blocks after purchasing them?”. We offer two different methods of transport: delivery or pickup. We will walk you through these two processes down below. First, let’s start with the delivery process. In order for delivery to go smoothly and safely, there are a few requirements on your end that we ask you to please meet. One of these being, you just have a space of 47’-53’ available in order for the delivery semi to enter and exit the drop off site safely. If this much space is not available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another, nearby area and use smaller machinery to transport the blocks to the actual, desired location. Next, you must have the proper block-offloading equipment. This equipment must be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks. (Block sizes and weights may vary. Please contact us for information regarding these details.) Secondly, it must be able to reach a height of 7’+. This is because, in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are usually 2’. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the delivery process, please feel free to give us a call. Next up, let’s walk through pick up. First off, in pick up, you will need to give us a call. Someone from our team can set you up with a date and time to come pick up your blocks at our facility. When you come, however, we ask that you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that we can use to secure the blocks down to the trailer bed. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so no need to worry about that part. If you have any questions or concrete barrier blocks in Rhode Island concerns regarding the pick up process, please feel free to contact us.
