We provide bin blocks in Raleigh, NC. These blocks are also known as “v-wedge blocks” and can be used in all sorts of different projects. These blocks have the ability to slide together and interlock by use of their v-wedges. Each block has a total of four wedges: one on the top, one on the side, and an inverted version of the wedge on the bottom and opposite side. This ability makes these blocks useful for a number of different projects. We offer these blocks in two different sizes: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. As for transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. Another thing to note about these blocks is that each one has a rebar handle loop installed to its top. This loop enables you to move these blocks around without the use of complicated rigging equipment. If you have any questions or would like more information about these blocks, please feel free to give us a call and we’d love to chat with you! 984-338-2462

So, how should you expect to receive your concrete blocks after purchasing them? Well, there are two ways that you can receive them: pickup or delivery. We will explain these processes and their requirements down below. Have any questions or concerns? Please reach out to us and someone from our team would be more than happy to speak with you. We will discuss the pick up requirements first. In order to put the pick up process into motion, you will need to give us a call. During this call, someone from our team will set you up with a date and time to come pick up your blocks from our facility. When you come to pick them up, we will load them onto the trailer for you, but in order to secure them to the trailer, we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that we can use to do so. Now we will walk through the delivery requirements. First off, you must have the proper type of block offloading equipment that is capable of offloading the blocks once they arrive. In order to do this, the equipment must be able to 1) reach a height of 7 ‘+, because, in height, the trailer is 5’ and each block is 2’ and 2) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). Lastly, you must have a space of 47’-53’ so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off site. If you do not have this much space available to you, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then use smaller machinery to transport the blocks to the actual, desired spot. Again, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us! We’d love to hear from you.
