We provide bin blocks in Phoenix, AZ. These blocks can be used in all sorts of different projects, both large and small scale. These blocks are specially equipped so that they can interlock together, which can be useful in a number of different projects. We offer a few different sizes of blocks for the city of Phoenix: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. These blocks are useful because of the way they interlock with one another: by use of their v-wedges. The v-wedges on each block enable them to slide together smoothly and efficiently, interlocking each block. Each block has a total of four v-wedges: one on the top, one on the side, and an inverted version of the wedge on the bottom and opposite side. In addition, each block has a rebar handle loop on its top, making it easy to move these blocks around without the use of complicated rigging equipment. As for transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks.

We also offer a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,700lbs and a 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,350lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry either ten of the 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ blocks or twenty of the 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ blocks. These blocks also have an option of an installable plain or decorative face. On the top of these blocks, you can find two protruding, cylindrical shapes. On the bottoms of the blocks, you can find an indent of the same cylindrical shape. These two shapes, when put together with another lego block, allow the blocks to be interconnected and attached. These blocks also have a rebar handle loop on their tops, which allows you to move the blocks without having to use complicated rigging equipment Please give us a call regarding further information about these face additions. 602-887-2990

We provide bin blocks in Phoenix, AZ. What are their uses? Our Concrete Block Supply bin blocks have a variety of uses. Some of our customers and others in the industry have used the blocks for: aggregate storage bins, retaining walls, barriers to direct traffic and/ or parking, property access prevention, building protection, anchor weights for tents, area division, utilities protection, barriers for propane tanks or other above ground fuel tanks, boundary lines for properties, and as a general use heavily weighted object. The lego style bin blocks are built in a way that they easily interlock with other blocks, allowing for flexible configurations, especially when using full or half blocks.

We provide concrete barrier blocks in Phoenix, AZ. How do you get the blocks? There are two options to acquire the blocks. Most of our suppliers offer delivery or pick up. The first option is that Concrete Block Supply can arrange for a flat bed semi to deliver the blocks to your job site. Once the truck arrives at your job site location you will need to have equipment onsite to offload the blocks yourself. The heavy equipment you will need at the time of delivery to offload the blocks must be capable of lifting either 3,600 lbs. for the V-Wedge or 4,700 lbs. for the lego blocks. The deck height of the flat bed is 5’ and the blocks are either 2’ or 2.5’ in height, so the removal equipment needs to be able to reach up high enough to pick the blocks up off of the trailer deck. All of the blocks have a rebar loop handle located on the top so that you can easily attach a chain to them to move them. No other special rigging equipment will be required with these blocks. Also, your job site must have adequate space for a 48’-53’ semi truck to maneuver, otherwise you will need to set up an accessible location close to your site to offload the blocks and then use smaller equipment to move the blocks to your job site. The second option is for you to pick up the blocks at the local plant yourself. We will arrange a day and time for you to pick them up from your designated location. Once you get to the concrete block plant, the blocks will be loaded on to your trailer for you. Remember to bring straps or chains to secure the bin blocks to your trailer. You will then be responsible for removal of the blocks from your trailer to your job site. Please contact us with any questions regarding the requirements for either the job site delivery or the local pick up. 602-887-2990
