We provide concrete bin blocks in Pasadena, TX. These blocks are able to be used in a variety of projects, both large and small sized. These blocks are both affordable and environmentally friendly as well! These blocks also have v-wedges which allow the blocks to fit together smoothly. Each block has four v-wedges that enable this to be possible. On both the top and side of each block, you can find a protruding v-wedge. On both the bottom and opposite side, you can find an inverted v-wedge. Because these v-wedges are oppositely shaped, the different blocks are able to fit together. A rebar handle loop can also be found on the top of each block. This loop allows for you to move the blocks around without requiring the use of any complicated or special rigging equipment. These blocks also come with the option of an installable, decorative face so please contact us for more details regarding this option. Thank you! For the city of Pasadena, TX, we offer two different sizes of these blocks. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. As for the transportation of these blocks, each trailer is capable of carrying up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. We would love to answer any questions you have or provide you with any information that you may need or want. Please feel free to give us a call today and we would love to chat with you. We provide concrete barrier blocks in Pasadena, TX. These blocks, as we mentioned earlier, are able to be used in a variety of projects or all different sizes. We would love to know how you plan to use your blocks! We provide concrete bin blocks in Pasadena, TX. Once you purchase your blocks, you will be faced with the choice of how you would like to receive your blocks. We offer you the choice between having your block delivered or you can come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. You can select whichever method you would prefer or whichever works better for you but please note that we will need your help with meeting a couple of requirements on your end of things. By meeting these requirements, you ensure that whichever process you choose will be able to go safely and smoothly. We will explain the requirements that need to be met for both of the processes below. We will start off by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is having an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off area. If you do not have this much space accessible, we have a second option! There is also the possibility to drop the blocks off at another nearby area that does have enough space and then use smaller equipment to transport them to the actual project site. The second requirement is having the right size of equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. This equipment will need to be able to 1) carry the weight of your blocks safely, and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+ because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’. That wraps up the requirements for the block delivery process so we will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is scheduling a specific date and time during which you can come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. You can schedule this date and time by giving us a call and speaking to one of our team members. We would be happy to help you out! The second requirement is bringing along a set of straps and/or chains that can be used to secure the products down to the trailer once they are loaded up. No need to worry about loading the blocks onto the trailer though. Our team will take care of that part for you. That wraps up the requirements for the block pick up process as well! We would love to speak with you if you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or associated requirements. Please give us a call today if this is the case. We also appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements, so thank you!
