We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Oceanside, CA. Both of these concrete block types are able to be used in a variety of different projects, both large and small. Both of these concrete block types also come with the ability to slide together and interlock with one another. The concrete bin blocks are able to do this because they each have v-wedges. They have a protruding v-wedge on both the top and one side of the block and an inverted v-wedge on both the bottom and other side of the block. The concrete lego blocks are able to do this because they each have two cylindrical protrusions on their top and then two indents of the same cylindrical shapes on the bottom. These oppositely shaped structures on both of these blocks are what allow them all to fit together so smoothly. This can be a helpful feature for different types of projects. Each of the blocks, both the bin and lego blocks, have a rebar handle loop on their top. This loop can be used to move the blocks around without you being required to use any special kind of rigging equipment. We offer both of these block types in two sizes each for the city of Oceanside, CA. For the city of Oceanside, CA, we offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ bin block that weighs 3,600lbs, a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ bin block that weighs 1,800lbs, a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,750lbs, and a 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,375lbs. When it comes to the transportation of these blocks, each trailer is able to carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks, twenty-six of the 3’ blocks, ten of the 5’ blocks, or twenty of the 2.5’ blocks. Lastly, the lego blocks come with the option of an installable, decorative face. Please contact us for more information regarding this option. Thank you! We would be happy to provide you with any more information you may want/need or answer any questions you have so please feel free to give us a call today and we would love to speak with you. We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Oceanside, CA, but how exactly do you get these blocks to your project site? We actually offer not one, but two, ways of how you can receive your blocks. We offer the option of block delivery or block pick up. Although you are able to select whichever method you would prefer, there are a couple of requirements that need to be met on your end of things in order for the process (whichever one you select) to go safely and smoothly. We will go over the requirements associated with both of these processes below. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding these requirements and if you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call today! We will start with the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is having enough space so that the delivery semi can safely maneuver in and out of the drop off area. For this to happen, an open space of 47’-53’ will need to be accessible for this purpose. If by chance you do not have this much open space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site. The second requirement is making sure that you have the proper size of equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To make sure that it is capable of offloading the blocks safely and smoothly, this equipment will need to be able to do two different things. It must be able to carry the weight of your blocks safely (1,800-4,750lbs) and reach a height of 7 ‘+ (in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). These are the only two requirements that need to be met for the block delivery process. We will now cover the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is giving us a call. During this call you will be able to speak to one of our team members and set up a date and time to come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities. When you come to pick up the blocks, we will load the blocks onto the trailer for you so you do not need to worry about that part of things. The second requirement, however, is bringing along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. These are the only two requirements that need to be met for the block pick up process as well. Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We would be happy to speak with you. Thanks!
