We provide concrete bin blocks in New Braunfels, TX. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for this city. We offer a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6 blocks or eighteen of the 4’ blocks. What exactly are these blocks though? These concrete bin blocks are specially designed with v-wedges. Four of these v-wedges can be found on each block. You can find a protruding v-wedge on both the top and side of the block, while an inverted v-wedge can be found on the bottom and opposite side of the block. These opposite v-wedges are able to slide together smoothly, which allows you to interlock these blocks. This feature can be useful for a variety of different projects. These blocks have, not only v-wedges, but a rebar handle loop on each of their tops as well. The rebar handle loop allows you to move each block around easily and without the need for any complicated or special kind of rigging equipment. We provide concrete bin blocks in New Braunfels, TX. After you purchase these blocks, how can you expect to get them to your project site? We offer you the choice between two methods of block receival. We offer you the options of block delivery or block pick up. Although you are able to select whichever method you would like, there are a couple of requirements that need to be met on your end of things in order to ensure that these processes go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through what these requirements are below and if you have any questions or concerns, we would be happy to speak with you. Please give us a call today if this is the case. We also appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements, so thank you! We will start by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is having the proper size of equipment that can offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To ensure that the blocks can be offloaded safely, this equipment will need be able to 1) carry the weight of your blocks (2,400-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). The second requirement is having an open space of 47’-53’ accessible at your block drop off site. This space ensures that the block delivery semi can safely and easily enter and exit the area. If your intended block drop off area does not have this much space available, we have a second option! We have the option of dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site afterwards. These are the only two requirements for the block delivery process! We will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is scheduling a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. To schedule this date and time, please give us a call! Someone from our team would be happy to help assist you in arranging this. When you come to pick up the blocks, we will gladly load them onto the trailer for you. The second requirement, however, is bringing along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down once they are loaded up. These are the only two requirements for the block pick up process as well! Again, please contact us today if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever. Thanks!
