We provide concrete bin blocks in Manhattan, KS. We actually offer two different styles of these bin blocks for this city. One style we offer are blocks that are equipped with v-wedges structures. Each block has four of these v-wedges: a protruding v-wedge on the top and side of the block and an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side of the block. The second style we offer are blocks that are each equipped with a plus-sign shaped protrusion on the top of the block and the reverse-shaped indent of the same plus-sign shape on the bottom of the block. The two oppositely shaped structures on each of the blocks allow the blocks to slide together and interlock with fellow blocks of their same style. This can come in handy for a variety of project types. Now only this, but the blocks are also easily maneuverable, as each of their tops has a rebar handle loop, which allows you to move them around without being required to use any complicated or special kind of rigging equipment. For the sizing of these blocks, we offer the v-wedge blocks in two different sizes: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600 lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800 lbs and the plus-sign blocks in one size: a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,350 lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer is capable of carrying up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks, twenty-six of the 3’ blocks, or ten of the 5’ blocks. Both of these block styles are affordable, environmentally friendly, and sure to make a difference in whatever projects they may be used in. We provide concrete bin blocks in Manhattan, KS, which you are able to receive in one of two ways after purchasing them. The two options of block receival that we have available are block delivery and block pick up. Although you are able to select whichever option suits you the best, we do ask that a couple of requirements be met on your end of things to ensure the safety of whichever process you select. Do not worry though, as these requirements are nothing too complicated and we will walk you through each of them below. We would be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have as well, so please give us a call today and we would be happy to help you out. Now, we will start off with the requirements associated with the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure that you have the proper size of equipment that is both on-site and capable of safely removing the blocks from the delivery semi once they arrive. To make sure that this is possible, please make sure that the equipment can safely reach a height of 7 ‘+ (since, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600 lbs). Second, please make sure that your block delivery site has an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the area. If the delivery site that you had in mind is not this spacious, we can also drop the blocks off at another nearby location and then you can transport the blocks to the actual, desired site by using smaller equipment. That covers the necessary requirements for the block delivery process so we will switch over to the necessary requirements for the block pick up process. First, you will need to schedule a date and time to come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities, so please give us a call in order to do so. Someone from our team will be happy and eager to help you out. Second, we ask that you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. Our team will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so there is no need to worry about that part of things. That wraps up all of the necessary requirements for these processes. We would like to say a special “thank you” for your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. Again, please contact us with any additional questions or concerns you may have and we would be happy to chat with you.
