We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Macon, GA. We would love to provide you with these helpful blocks for your project, whatever it may be and whatever size it is! These bin blocks are equipped with v-wedges or two opposite shapes, which allow the blocks to be slid together easily and smoothly. On the top and side of each block you can find a protruding v-wedge while both the bottom and opposite side have an inverted v-wedge. The lego blocks, on the other hand, have two cylindrical protrusions on the top of the block and two indents of the same cylindrical shapes in the bottom of the block. These opposite shaped structures allow these blocks to be interlocked with one another as well! We offer the v-wedge blocks in two different sizes for the city of Macon: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. For the transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. We offer the lego blocks in one size for the city of Macon: a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,750lbs. For the transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to ten of these blocks. Each of these blocks also possess a rebar handle loop on their tops. This loop allows you to move the blocks around without the use of complicated or a special kind of rigging equipment. If you would like further information or have any questions about either of these blocks, please do not hesitate to give us a call today! Someone from our team would love to speak with and help you. We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Macon, GA. In order to receive your blocks after purchasing them? We offer you two different options of which you can receive the blocks. Although you are able to select whichever method you prefer, there are a couple of requirements that must be met on your end of things to ensure that these processes go safely and smoothly. We will go over these requirements with you below and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call and we would love to chat with you. We also appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements, so thank you! We will start by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is having the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the once they arrive. To safely offload the blocks from the trailer, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and 2) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (4,750-1,800lbs). The second requirement is having enough space so that the delivery semi is able to safely maneuver in and out of the block drop off location. A space of 47’-53’ will be required for this purpose. If your intended block drop off location does not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at an alternate nearby location that does have enough space and then use smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. That wraps up the requirements for the block delivery process. We will now switch over to discussing the block pick up requirements. The first requirement is giving us a call so that someone from our team can help you set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. The second requirement is bringing with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the block down to the trailer. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though so you do not need to worry about that part of things. That wraps up the requirements for the block pick up process as well. Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We would be more than happy to help you out. Thank you!
