These block names are just some of the more commonly used names within our business, but if you are more familiar with some other block names, we’d be happy to add them to our list!

We provide bin blocks in Lynchburg, VA. We offer what we call v-wedge blocks. We offer these v-wedge blocks in two different sizes: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. As for transporting these blocks, each trailer can fit either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. So, what is so special about these blocks? These blocks are especially useful because they have the ability to interlock with one another. This is because each block has two sets of v-wedges, which enable them to slide together smoothly. Each block has a total of four wedges: one on the top, one on the side, and an inverted version of the wedge on the bottom and opposite side. These blocks are useful for a number of different projects, which we will discuss in the following paragraph.

Our blocks come in handy for a wide variety of different projects, both large and small. Some of the more common ways our blocks have been used throughout the nation is: storage bins, traffic control, parking lot management, road district storage, property separation, utilities security, fuel/propane tank protection, anchor weights for large tents, concrete retaining walls, and general weight. If you have any other ideas or questions about uses of our concrete blocks, please feel free to give us a call and we’d love to chat!

We provide concrete barrier blocks in Lynchburg, VA. How exactly should you expect to receive your concrete blocks? We can get your blocks to you in one of two ways: delivery or pick up. Both of these options have a few basic requirements, all of which we will discuss in the following content. We will start with the delivery requirements. First off, you must have the proper block offloading equipment that is capable of offloading the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. In order to do this, the equipment must be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). It must also, because in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are 2’, be able to reach a height of 7 ‘+. Lastly, you must have a space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the area. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the block off at another nearby location and proceed to use smaller machinery to transport the blocks to the actual, desired spot. Next up, we will walk through the pick up requirements. First thing you will need to do is give us a call. Someone from our team will gladly help set you up with a time and date to come to our plant and pick up the blocks. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you, but we ask that in order to secure the blocks to the trailer, you bring along a set of chains and/or straps with you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you.  833-763-1771
