We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Lancaster, CA. Both of these block types are helpful for a variety of projects, both large and small sized. They both have the unique ability to slide together and interlock as well, which can also be very useful for a variety of projects. The bin blocks each have v-wedges which enable them to interlock. You can find a protruding v-wedge on the top and side of the block, as well as an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side of the block. The lego blocks have two cylindrical shapes which enable them to interlock. You can find two protruding cylindrical structures on the top of the block and two indents of the same cylindrical shape on the bottom of the block. These opposite shaped structures on each of these block types are what allow them to be slid together and interlocked. Both of these block types also have a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. These loops allow you to move the blocks around without having to use any complicated rigging equipment. Please note that the lego blocks come with the option of an installable, decorative face, so please contact us for more details about this option. Thanks! Now, for the sizing of these blocks, for the city of Lancaster, CA, we offer these blocks in two different sizes each. For the concrete bin blocks, we offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. For the concrete lego blocks, we offer both a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,750lbs and a 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,375lbs. We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Lancaster, CA. After purchasing these blocks, you will be able to choose between two different methods of how you can receive your products. We offer the choice between having your products delivered to your project site or you can come pick them up from one of our facilities. Although you are free to select whichever one of these methods you would like, there are a few requirements that need to be met in order for these processes to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through what these requirements are below. If you have any questions or concerns, we would be more than happy to speak with you! We also appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements, so thank you! We will start by explaining the requirements associated with the block delivery process. The first requirement is having enough space available so that the delivery semi can maneuver in and out of the block drop off area. For this to happen safely and smoothly, an open space of 47’-53’ is required. If you do not have access to this much space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site afterwards. The second requirement is having the proper type and size of equipment that is both on site and capable of safely offloading the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To safely offload the blocks, this equipment will need to be able to carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-4,750lbs) and reach a height of 7 ‘+ (this is because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). These are the only requirements that need to be met for the block delivery process so we will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is giving us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you call, someone from our team would be happy to assist you in arranging this. The second requirement is bringing a set of chains and/or straps along with you when you come to pick up the blocks. These will be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. When it comes to loading the blocks onto the trailer though, our team will take care of this part for you, so no need to worry about it! These are the only requirements that need to be met for the block pick up process as well. Again, please reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or their requirements. Thank you.
