We provide concrete bin blocks in Islip, NY, but what makes these blocks so special? Why are they worth purchasing? These blocks are affordable, environmentally friendly concrete blocks that would make a great addition to your project, whatever and wherever it might be. We would love to be able to provide you with these blocks. These blocks are useful because they each possess v-wedges. You can find four of these v-wedges on each block. On both the top and side of the block you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and other side have an inverted v-wedge. These two oppositely shaped v-wedges allow the blocks to fit together and slide together smoothly. This can be useful for a variety of projects, both large scale and small scale ones. These blocks also come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop allows you to move the blocks around without having to use complicated or special rigging equipment. Now, we offer these blocks in one size for the city of Islip, NY. We offer a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of these 6’ x 2’ x 2’ blocks. If you would like further information or have any questions regarding these blocks or us, please give us a call today. Someone from our team would be happy to speak with you. 917-203-1200

We provide concrete bin blocks in Islip, NY. After you purchase your blocks, you can receive them in one of two ways. We offer the options of block pick up and block delivery. Both of these options do have a couple of requirements that need to be met on your end of things in order for the processes to go safely and smoothly. You are able to select whichever one of these methods you prefer though! We will also walk you through the requirements associated with both of these processes below. We will start by going over the requirements that need to be met in order for the block pick up process to go safely. First, you will need to give us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your concrete blocks. Someone from our wonderful team will be able to assist you in doing so when you call. We ask that you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used in order to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so no need to worry about that part of things. That is all that is required for the block pick up process. We will now move onto the requirements associated with the block delivery process. First, you will need to have equipment that is on-site and ready to offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To offload the blocks from the trailer safely and smoothly, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and 2) carry the weight of your blocks safely (3,600lbs). Second, you will need to have an adequate amount of space so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the block drop off site. An open space of 47’-53’ will be necessary for this purpose. If you, however, do not have access to this much space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to move the blocks to the actual, desired site afterwards. That is all that is required for the block delivery process! If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call today! We would be more than happy to speak with you. We also appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. Thank you!
