We provide concrete bin blocks in Irving, TX. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for this area. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. Each trailer can transport up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. These blocks also come with the option of a decorative face, so please contact us for more information about these details! Thank you! What makes these blocks so special though? Well, these blocks are unique in the fact that they are able to slide together easily and smoothly, which can be helpful for a variety of projects! They are able to do this because each block has four v-wedges. The top and side of the block have a v-wedge that protrudes out of the block while the bottom and other side of the block have a v-wedge that inverts, making a v-shaped divot in the block. These v-wedges fit together perfectly, as they are oppositely shaped. This feature can be helpful for a variety of projects. These blocks also come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop allows the blocks to be moved around without the usage of complicated or special rigging equipment. Now, if you would like further information or have any questions about these blocks or our work, please feel free to give us a call at the following number: 817-736-2525

We also offer decorative faced blocks.

We provide concrete bin blocks in Irving, TX. After purchasing your blocks, you can receive them in one of two ways. We allow you to select either delivery of your blocks or pick up of your blocks. You can select whichever method you simply prefer or whichever fits your needs better! However, please take into consideration that we will need your help with meeting a couple of requirements in order for both of these processes to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through these requirements below. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns! We would be more than happy to speak with you. We will start by going over the requirements that need to be met for the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure you have an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the block drop off site. If you do not have this much space accessible, do not worry! We can always drop the blocks off at another nearby location and then use smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. Second, in order to offload the blocks safely from the trailer once they arrive, you will need to have the proper size of equipment that is on-site and ready to offload the blocks. To offload the blocks safely, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and 2) carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). Now we will move on to the requirements associated with the block pick up process. The first thing you will need to do is give us a call. During this call, someone from our team can help assist you in setting up a date and time during which you can come to one of our plants and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick the blocks up, we will load them onto the trailer for you. In order to secure them down though, we ask that you provide a set of chains and/or straps that can be used for this purpose. Thank you! Again, please give us a call today if you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or their requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
