We provide v-wedge and lego blocks in Irvine, CA. Both of these block types can be utilized for all kinds of projects, anywhere in the U.S. Why are these blocks so special and helpful? Both the v-wedge and the lego blocks have means of being able to slide together and interlock with one another. The v-wedge blocks are able to do this because on the top and side they have a protruding v-wedge, while the bottom and other side have an inverted v-wedge. These two differently shaped v-wedge structures allow the blocks to slide together smoothly. As for the lego blocks, they have two, cylindrical structures that protrude out of the top of the block. Then, on their bottoms, they have two indents of the same cylindrical shapes. This allows them to slide together too, just in a slightly different way than that of the v-wedge block. However, both of these block types possess a rebar handle loop on the top of each block. This loop allows you to move the blocks around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. We offer both block types in two different sizes for the city of Irvine. For the v-wedge blocks, we offer a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. For the lego blocks, we offer a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,700lbs and a 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,350lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ x 2’ x 2’ blocks, twenty-six of the 3’ x 2’ x 2’ blocks, ten of the 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ blocks, or twenty of the 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ blocks. If you have any questions or would like more information about these blocks, please give us a call! We would love to chat with you! 213-947-1398

So, please feel free to let us know if you have any ideas or questions regarding further block usage. We provide v-wedge and lego blocks in Irvine, CA. After purchasing, you can receive your blocks in one of two ways: either through block delivery or pick up. Both of these options do have a few different requirements that must be met on your end of things in order for the processes to go safely and smoothly. We will go over these requirements with you below. However, if you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes and their requirements, please feel free to give us a call and we would love to speak with you. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. Now, here are the delivery requirements: First, in order for the delivery semi to be able to safely enter and exit the block drop off site, you will need to have an open space of 47’-53’ available. If you do not have access to this space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another location. From there, we can use smaller equipment to move the blocks to the actual, desired site. Next, you will need to have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that is ready to offload the blocks once they arrive. In order to safely offload the blocks, this equipment must be able to 1) reach a height of 7 ‘+ and 2) safely carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-4,700lbs). That is all that there is for the delivery requirements! Now we will move on to the pick up requirements. First, you will need to give us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to our plant and pick up your blocks. Someone from our team will be happy to assist you in arranging this. When you come to pick up your blocks, you will need to bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. However, we will load the blocks onto the trailer for you, so no need to worry about that part of things. That is all that there is for the pick up requirements! Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!
