We provide concrete bin blocks in Hoover, AL. We offer these excellent, helpful blocks in two different sizes for this particular city. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400lbs. When it comes to the transportation of these blocks, each trailer is capable of transporting up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or eighteen of the 4’ blocks. What makes these blocks so special and helpful? These blocks are each equipped with v-shaped wedges that allow the blocks to be slid together and interlocked. You can find a protruding v-wedge on the top and side of the block and an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side. This feature can be useful for a variety of projects, both large and small scale. These blocks also come equipped with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop can be used to move the blocks around without having to use any complicated or special rigging equipment. If you would like further information or have any questions about us or these blocks, please feel free to give us a call and someone from our team would be happy to speak with you. We provide concrete barrier blocks in Hoover, AL. These blocks, as we mentioned earlier, can be helpful in a variety of projects. We would love to know how you plan on using these blocks to make your project the best that it can be. Their uses are not limited to the examples within this list though so please feel free to let us know if you have any other ideas or questions regarding further usage for these blocks. Thank you!
We provide concrete bin blocks in Hoover, AL. Once you purchase these blocks, you are able to receive them in one of two ways. We offer you the choice between having your blocks delivered or picking up your blocks from one of our facilities. Although you can select whichever method you would like, there are a couple of requirements that will need to be met on your end of things to ensure that these processes go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through what requirements are associated with both of these processes below. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we would be happy to chat with you. We will start by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first thing you will need to make sure of is having an open space of 47’-53’ available at your block drop off site. This space ensures that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off areas safely. If you do not have this much space available to you, we have the option of dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual desired site. The second thing you will need to make sure of is having the proper size of equipment that is able to safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To offload the blocks safely, this equipment will need to be able to 1) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (2,400-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). These are the only requirements for the block delivery process. We will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first thing that you will need to do is give us a call so that we can help you set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you call, someone from our team will gladly be able to assist you in doing this. The second thing you will need to do is bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. Our team will be able to load the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so no need to worry about that part of things. These are the only requirements for the block pick up process as well. Again, if you have any questions or concerns, please give our team a call today. Thanks!
