We provide concrete bin blocks in Hempstead, NY. These blocks are an affordable, environmentally friendly, and great option for the variety of projects, both large and small scale. We offer these blocks in one size of the city of Hempstead, NY. We offer a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs. The trailer that transports these blocks can carry up to thirteen of these blocks at one time. Why should you consider purchasing these blocks though? Well, these blocks are specially equipped with v-wedges, which allow the blocks to be slid together, which can be a helpful feature for a variety of projects. Each block has four of these v-wedges. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and opposite side have an inverted v-wedge. The reason that these v-wedges fit together and allow the blocks to slide together is because they are oppositely shaped. These blocks also have a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. What is so special about this? Well, the rebar handle loop atop each block allows you to move the blocks around without having to worry about using any complicated or special type of rigging equipment. We would be more than happy to provide these blocks for you. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks or us. Thank you! 917-203-1200
We provide concrete barrier blocks in Hempstead, NY, but how can these blocks be used? Well, these blocks can be used in a variety of ways and in projects both large and small. We would love to hear your questions and ideas regarding how they can be used. Here are some of the more common projects our blocks have been/can be used in though: parking lot management, traffic control, storage bins, road district material storage, utilities security, fuel/propane tank protection, property separation, concrete retaining walls, anchor weights for large tents, and general weight. Again, please let us know if you have any questions or ideas regarding how these blocks can be used.
We provide bin blocks in Hempstead, NY, but how do you get these blocks to your project location after purchasing them? We offer two methods of block transportation and receival that you can choose from. We offer the choice of block delivery or block pick up. You are able to select whichever method you prefer or whichever better suits your needs. Please note though that, regardless of which method you choose, there are a couple of requirements that will need to be met in order for these processes to go smoothly and safely. We will walk you through these requirements below though. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to give us a call and we would love to speak with you. We will start by going over the requirements associated with the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure that you have an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi is able to safely maneuver in and out of the block drop off location. If by chance you do not have this much space accessible to you, we can always drop the blocks off at another nearby location and then use smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired spot. Second, you will need to make sure that you have on-site, block offloading equipment that is the correct size and can offload the blocks safely once they arrive. To offload the blocks safely, this equipment will need to be able to carry the weight of your blocks (3,600lbs) and reach a height of 7 ‘+ (this is because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). This is all that is required in order for the block delivery process to go safely and smoothly. We will now go over the requirements associated with the block pick up process. First, you will need to give us a call so that someone from our team can help you set up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you come to one of our facilities on your scheduled date and time, we will load the blocks onto the trailer for you, so no need to worry about that part. We do ask, however, that you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. Thank you! Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or their requirements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
