We provide concrete bin blocks in Garden City, KS. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for the city of Garden City. We offer a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to the transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. Why are these blocks worth investing in though? Well, these blocks come equipped with v-wedges, which allow you to effortlessly slide the blocks together, which can be useful for a number of different projects! On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and opposite side have an inverted v-wedge. These v-wedges, because they are oppositely shaped, are able to slide together smoothly, allowing for smooth interlocking of the blocks. In addition, these blocks have a rebar handle loop on each of their tops, which allows you to move the blocks around easily without having to use any type of special or complicated rigging equipment. If you would like further information or have any questions about these products, please let us know by giving us a call! Our team is readily available to speak with and help you! We provide concrete bin blocks in Garden City, KS. There are two different methods of how you can receive your blocks after you purchase them. We offer both block delivery and block pick up. However, we will need a little help from you, whichever method you decide on. There are a couple of requirements that will need to be met in order for these processes to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through these requirements below, but if you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call! We would be more than happy to chat with you. Let’s start off by going over the block delivery requirements. First, you will need to have the proper type and size of offloading equipment that is able to safely offload the blocks once they arrive at the drop off site. In order to offload the blocks safely and efficiently, this equipment will need to be able to do two different things. First, it will need to be able to reach a height of 7’+. This is because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ each and the trailer is about 5’. Second, this equipment will need to be capable of carrying your blocks. This means it will need to be able to safely carry weights ranging from 1,800-3,600lbs. Next, in order for the delivery semi to be able to safely maneuver in and out of the block drop off location, an open space of 47’-53’ will need to be accessible. If you do not have access to this much space though, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then utilizing smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. We will now move on to the block pick up requirements! First, you will need to give us a call! During this call, someone from our team can help you set up a date and time in which you can come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick the blocks up, we will load them onto the trailer for you. However, we do ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. Thank you! That wraps up all of the requirements for both of these processes. Again, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
