We provide bin blocks in Flagstaff, AZ. These blocks are easy to use and are helpful in so many different projects. They also have a unique way of interlocking with one another: by use of their v-wedges! Each block has four v-wedge structures that enable them to slide together simply and smoothly. You can find a protruding v-shaped wedge on the top and side of the block. Then, on the bottom and other side of the block, you can find an inverted, v-shaped indent, which fits together with the wedges on the top and side. In addition, these blocks each have a rebar handle loop on their tops, which enable you to move these blocks around without the use of complicated rigging equipment. We offer these blocks in one size for the city of Flagstaff: a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, eighteen of these blocks can fit per trailer. If you have any questions about these blocks or would like further information, please feel free to give us a call!

The last thing we will discuss is how you can receive your blocks after purchasing them: through either pick up or delivery. We will discuss these processes and requirements down below.
Let’s start with the pick up requirements. First off, you will need to give us a call in order to set up a date and time to come pick up your blocks from our facility. Second, we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that we can use to secure the blocks down after we load them up for you. Now we will move on to the delivery requirements. First off, you will need to have an open space of 47’-53’ in order for the delivery semi to safely enter and exit the drop off site. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location, from which we can use smaller machinery to transport the blocks to the actual, desired spot. Next, you must have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that is capable of offloading your blocks once they arrive. In order to do this safely and efficiently, this equipment must be able to 1) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (2,400lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+. This is because, in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are each 2’. Again, if you have any questions or concerns about either of these processes or requirements, please give us a call and we’d love to chat. Thank you!
