We provide bin blocks in Eau Claire, WI. Perhaps you know these blocks by another one of its common nicknames: v-wedge blocks. These blocks earned their nickname because of their unique, but helpful interlocking features: v-wedges! Each block has four v-wedges that allow you to easily slide the blocks together for a wide variety of different projects. On both the top and one side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge structure, while on the bottom and other side, you can find an inverted, v-shaped indent. The different shaped wedges compliment each other perfectly, allowing you to interlock them smoothly. These blocks also possess another handy feature that allows you to move the blocks around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. This is called the rebar handle loop and it can be found on the top of each block. We offer these blocks in four different sizes for the city of Eau Claire, WI: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs, a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400lbs, a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs, and a 2’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,200lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry either thirteen of the 6’ blocks, eighteen of the 4’ blocks, twenty-six of the 3’ blocks, or thirty-eight of the 2’ blocks. We provide bin blocks in Eau Claire, WI. After purchasing your blocks, you can receive them in one of two ways. We offer either delivery or pick up of your blocks. Both of these options do have a few different requirements that must be met on your end of things though. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We will walk you through these requirements down below, starting with delivery. First off, you will need to have the proper size and type of block offloading equipment needed to offload the blocks from the trailer. In order to safely do this, this equipment must be able to 1) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,200-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the blocks are 2’ and the trailer is 5’). Next, you must have an open, available space of 47’-53’ so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off site. If you do not have access to this much space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then use smaller equipment to transport the blocks back to the actual, desired spot. Now we will move on to the pick up requirements. First, you will need to give us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to our facility and pick up your blocks. Someone from our team would be more than happy to help you arrange this. When you come to pick up the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you, but we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down. Again, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding either delivery or pick up.
