We provide concrete bin blocks in Dodge City, KS. We offer these blocks in two specific sizes for this city. We offer you the choice between a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600 lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800 lbs. Each trailer that is used to transport these blocks can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks at a time. Why are these blocks special and worth purchasing though? Well, these affordable, helpful, and environmentally friendly concrete bin blocks come with the unique capability and option of being slid together and interlocked, which can come in handy for a variety of projects. Each block has two types of oppositely shaped v-wedges that make this fitting-together possible. The top and side of each block has a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and other side of the block have an inverted v-wedge. These allow each of the individual blocks to fit together smoothly. Each of the blocks also come equipped with a rebar handle loop on its top, allowing you to move the blocks around with ease! No special or complicated rigging equipment is required. If you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks or our business, please give us a call today and we would love to speak with you. We provide concrete bin blocks in Dodge City, KS. How exactly do you get these blocks to your project site though? After you purchase your blocks, you will be faced with the decision of how you would like to receive them. We have two different options: block delivery and block pick up. Now, although you can select whichever method you see fit for your circumstances, we do ask that a couple of requirements be met on your end of things, regardless of which method you select, to ensure the safety and smoothness of that process. There are only two requirements for each of the methods, and they are nothing too crazy, so no need to worry. We will actually walk you through each of the requirements below. Please give us a call today if you have any additional questions or concerns and we would be happy to speak with you. Now, let’s start out with the block delivery process requirements. First, to make sure that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the block drop-off site, an open space of 47’-53’ must be available for this purpose. If your intended block drop-off site does not have this much open space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area. Then, from this alternate, nearby area, you can move the blocks to the actual, desired site by using smaller equipment. Second, to make sure that the blocks can be properly offloaded from the trailer once they arrive, you will need to have the proper size of on-site equipment. To make sure that the equipment can safely offload the blocks from the trailer, it will need to be able to reach a height of at least 7 ‘+ and be capable of safely carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600 lbs). That covers the only requirements necessary for the block delivery process, so we will switch over to discussing those of the block pick up process. First, you will need to give us a call. When you call, you will have the opportunity to speak with one of our team members and schedule a date and time to come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities. When you finally do come to pick up your blocks, we will gladly load them onto the trailer for you, so there is no need to worry about that part of things. Second, however, we do ask that you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks to the trailer after they have been properly loaded up. That covers the only requirements necessary for the block pick up process as well. We would like to give you a special “thank you” for your understanding and cooperation regarding these processes and their requirements. We appreciate your help!
