We provide bin blocks in Decatur, IL; but perhaps you know these blocks by the name “v-wedge” blocks. These v-wedge blocks are helpful in many ways, thanks to their handy v-wedges, which enable you to slide the blocks together and interlock them! Each block has four of these v-wedges. On both the top and side of each block, you can find a v-wedge that protrudes out from the block. Then, on both the bottom and opposite side of the block, there is an inverted v-wedge that compliments the protruding one, enabling you to slide them together smoothly. These blocks also have the helpful feature of a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop allows you to move the blocks around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. For the city of Decatur, IL, we offer two different sizes of these blocks: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. Now, please don’t hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions or would like more information on these blocks. We would be more than happy to help you out! 217-478-5060

We provide bin blocks in Decatur, IL, which can be received in one of two ways. We offer both delivery and pick up options for your blocks. Both of these options do have a few requirements that must be met on your end of things in order for them to go safely and smoothly, which we will explain down below. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery or pick up. Someone from our team would be more than happy to speak with you. Now, let’s start with the delivery requirements. First, you will need to make sure you have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment needed to offload your blocks from the trailer. In order to do this safely and efficiently, this offloading equipment must be able to do two different things. First, it must be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600). Second, because the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are 2’ in height, this equipment must be able to reach a height of 7’+. Lastly, for delivery, you must have an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off site. If you do not have access to this much space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and proceed to use smaller equipment in order to move the blocks to the actual desired site. That’s it for delivery! Let’s move on to the pick up requirements. First, you will need to give us a call so that we can set you up with a date and time to come pick up your blocks from our facility. When you come to pick them up, we will load them onto the trailer for you, but we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. Thank you! Again, if you have any questions or concerns regarding delivery or pick up, please give us a call today!
