We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Costa Mesa, CA. What makes these blocks useful and worth purchasing, though? These concrete blocks make a great addition to a variety of projects, as they are useful, affordable, and environmentally friendly. Plus, both of these block types come with their own unique features that allow them to slide together and interlock with blocks of the same kind! The concrete bin blocks have v-wedge-shaped structures, while the concrete lego blocks have cylindrical-shaped structures. On each of the concrete bin blocks, you can find a protruding v-wedge on both its top and side and an inverted version of the wedge on the bottom and other side. On each of the concrete lego blocks, you can find two protruding cylindrical structures on top of the block and two indents of the same cylindrical shape on the bottom of the block. These opposite-shaped structures on each of the block types are what allow them to be easily interlocked with each other, which can come in handy for various purposes. Each block from both block types also has another thing in common. Each block has a rebar handle loop installed on its top. This loop allows for you to move the blocks around without having to use any special or complicated rigging equipment. Now we will discuss the sizing of the blocks. We offer both of these block types in two different sizes for the city of Costa Mesa. For the concrete bin blocks, we offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. For the concrete lego blocks, we offer both a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,750 lbs and a 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,375 lbs. The trailers transporting these blocks can each carry up to either thirteen of the 6’ blocks, twenty-six of the 3’ blocks, ten of the 5’ blocks, or twenty of the 2.5’ blocks. We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Costa Mesa, CA. Once purchased, these blocks are able to be received in one of two ways. We offer you the choice between having your blocks delivered to your project site or coming to pick them up from one of our facilities. Although you are free to select whichever method you would prefer between the two, there are a couple of requirements that need to be met on your end of things in order for the process you select to go safely and smoothly. Do not worry though, as these requirements are nothing too crazy and we are here to help you if you have any questions or concerns about them! We will walk you through what the requirements for each of these processes are below. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns whatsoever and we would be happy to help out. We will start by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is having enough space for the delivery semi to safely maneuver in and out of the area. For this to be possible, an open space of 47’-53’ will be required. If your intended block drop-off site does not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site afterwards. The second requirement is having the correct size of equipment that is both on-site and capable of safely offloading the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. In order to offload the blocks safely, this equipment will need to be able to reach a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-4,750lbs). These are the only requirements that need to be met in terms of the block delivery process so we will now switch over to discussing the requirements that need to be met in terms of the block pick up process. The first requirement is giving us a call in order to schedule a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you call, someone from our team would be more than happy to help you arrange this. The second requirement is to bring with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. These are the only requirements that need to be met in terms of the concrete block pick up process as well. Again, our team would be happy to chat with you regarding any questions or concerns you may have. We also would like to say “thank you” for your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements.
