We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Corona, CA. Both of these block types are useful for a variety of projects and have the unique ability to slide together and interlock with one another. The concrete bin blocks feature v-wedge structures, which are what allow these particular blocks to slide together and interlock. Each block has a protruding v-wedge on its top and one of the sides, as well as an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side. The concrete lego blocks feature cylindrical structures, which are what allow these particular blocks to slight together and interlock as well. Each block has two protruding cylindrical shapes on its top, as well as two cylindrical shaped indents on the bottom. These oppositely shaped structures on each of these blocks are what allow them to each interlock with blocks of the same style. Both of these block types also come with a rebar handle loop on each of the block tops. This loop allows for you to easily move the blocks around without having to use any complicated or special kind of rigging equipment. The lego blocks also come with the option of an installable, decorative face as well, so please contact us for more information about this feature. Thank you. When it comes to the sizing of these blocks, we offer both of these block types in two sizes each. We offer the concrete bin blocks in a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. We offer the concrete lego blocks in a 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 4,750lbs and a 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ block that weighs 2,375lbs. When it comes to transporting the concrete bin blocks, each trailer is capable of carrying up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. When it comes to transporting the concrete lego blocks, each trailer can carry up to ten of the 5’ blocks or twenty of the 2.5’ blocks. We would love to provide these blocks for you and your project. We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in Corona, CA, but how exactly do you get these blocks to your project site after purchasing them? You actually get to choose between, not one, but two options of how you would like to receive your blocks. You are able to either have your blocks delivered to your project site or you can come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities. Although you are able to select whichever method you would like, or whichever you would prefer, please note that there are a couple of requirements associated with each of these processes that need to be met on your end of things. When met, these requirements ensure a smooth, safe process for each of these methods. We will walk you through what requirements are associated with each of these processes below. We will start with the requirements associated with the block delivery process. The first requirement is having enough space available at the block drop off site so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the area. An open space of 47’-53’ is ideal for this purpose. If you do not have this much accessible space though, please let us know! We have a secondary option of dropping the blocks off at another nearby area that does have enough space and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site afterwards. The second requirement is having the proper size of block offloading equipment that is on-site and ready to use once the blocks arrive. To safely offload the blocks, this equipment will need to be capable of reaching a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and safely carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-4,750lbs). These are the only requirements for the block delivery process so we will now switch over to discussing the block pick up process requirements. The first requirement is setting up a date and time to come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities. To do so, please give us a call and someone from our team would be happy to get you scheduled for this purpose. The second requirement is bringing with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. Our team will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though so you do not need to worry about taking care of that part of things. These are the only requirements for the block pick up process as well. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. If you have any other questions or concerns about either of these processes or requirements, please give us a call. We would be more than happy to speak with you.
