We provide concrete bin blocks in Conroe, TX. These bin blocks are both affordable and environmentally friendly. They can make a difference in a wide variety of projects, both large and small scaled ones. These blocks each come with four v-wedge structures on them, which allow the blocks to be slid together with one another. On the top and side of each block there is a v-wedge that protrudes out of the block. On both the bottom and opposite side there is a v-wedge that creates an indent along the block. These two oppositely shaped v-wedges are what allow the blocks to fit together so smoothly. These blocks come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops as well. This loop allows you to move the blocks around without having to use any kind of special or complicated rigging equipment. These particular blocks also have the option of an installable, decorative face. Please contact us more regarding this detail! As for the sizing of these blocks, we offer two different sizes for the city of Conroe, TX. We offer Conroe a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. For the transportation of these blocks, each trailer is able to carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. If you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks or our services, please feel free to let us know and we would be happy to help you out! We provide concrete bin blocks in Conroe, TX. After you purchase these blocks, you will be able to choose how you would like to receive your blocks. We offer the options of block delivery and block pick up. Although you are able to select whichever method you would like, there are a couple of requirements that go along with each of these processes. These requirements will need to be met on your end of things and they ensure that the processes are able to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through what these requirements are below. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please do not hesitate to give us a call. We would be happy to speak with you. We will start by going over the requirements associated with the block delivery process. The first requirement is having the proper size of block offloading equipment on site and ready to offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To offload the blocks safely and smoothly, this equipment will need to be able to do two things. First, it must be able to reach a height of 7 ‘+ because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’. Second, it must be able to withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs). The second requirement is having an open space of 47’-53’ available at your block drop off site so that the delivery semi is able to maneuver in and out of the area safely. If your intended drop off area does not have this much available space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area that does have enough space. From this secondary location, we can use smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired spot. Now, that wraps up the requirements for the block delivery process. We will now switch over to discussing the block pick up requirements. The first requirement is giving us a call in order to schedule a date and time to come to one of our plants and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick up the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you so you do not need to worry yourself with that part of things. The second requirement is bringing with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. That wraps up the requirements for the block pick up process as well. As we said earlier, please do not hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or requirements. Thank you!
