We provide concrete bin blocks in Concord, NC. Why are these blocks worth investing in? Well, these blocks are especially equipped with v-wedges that allow them to slide smoothly together, which can be a helpful feature for a variety of projects. Each block has four v-wedges which allow them to do this. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and other side of the block have an inverted v-wedge. These v-wedges complement each other perfectly, which is what allows for smooth interlocking of the blocks. These blocks also each come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops, which allows you to move the blocks around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. Now, we offer these blocks in two different sizes for the city of Concord: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to the transportation of these blocks, each trailer can transport up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. If you would like further information or have any questions for us regarding these blocks, please give us a call today at the following number: 980-748-4422

We provide concrete bin blocks in Concord, NC. You may be wondering, how do I receive these products after I purchase them? We offer two different modes of block receival for you to choose from. We offer both the options of block delivery or block pick up. However, please note that regardless of which method you select, we will need your help! Both of these methods have a couple of requirements that need to be met in order for these processes to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through these requirements below. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns! We would be more than happy to speak with you. We will start by going over the requirements necessary for the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure you have an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off area. If you do not have access to this much space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area and then using smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. Second, you will need the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. In order to offload the blocks safely, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (this is because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). That is all that is required for the block delivery process! Now we will move on to the requirements for the block pick up process. First, you will need to give us a call. During this call, someone from our friendly team can assist you in setting up a date and time during which you can come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so no need to worry about that part of things. However, we do ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be utilized to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded. That wraps up all that is required for the block pick up process as well! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. Thank you!
