We provide bin blocks in Chico, CA. These blocks also go by the name v-wedge blocks. The blocks earned this name because of their v-shaped wedges that allow you to slide these blocks together. Each block has four of these wedges. On both the bottom and side of the block, you can find a v-shaped indent running down the middle of the face, while on the top and opposite side is a protruding v-wedge. These wedges compliment each other perfectly so that they fit together smoothly. Another helpful feature these blocks have is their rebar handle loop can be found on the top of each block. This loop enables you to move the blocks around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. For the city of Chico, we offer these blocks in two different sizes: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400lbs. For transportation of these blocks, each trailer can transport either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or eighteen of the 4’ blocks. If you have any questions or would like further information regarding these blocks, please do not hesitate to give us a call! We would be more than happy to speak with you.

We provide bin blocks in Chico, CA, but how exactly do you receive your blocks after purchasing them? We offer two different block receival options: delivery and pick up. Please note that these options have a few different requirements that must be met on your end of things in order for these processes to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through these requirements down below, starting with delivery. First off, you will need to have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment that is capable of safely and efficiently offloading your blocks. In order to properly do this, this equipment must be able to 1) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (2,400-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+. This is because, in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are 2’. You must also make sure that you have an open space of 47’-53’ available at the block drop off site so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the area. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to transport the blocks back to the actual, desired site. Now we will move on to the block pick up requirements. First off, you will need to give us a call so we can arrange for a date and time that you can come to our facility and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick them up, we will load them onto the trailer for you, but we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. Thank you! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. If you have any questions or concerns about either of these processes or their requirements, please give us a call! Someone from our team would be more than happy to speak with you.
