We provide bin blocks in Chattanooga, TN. You may also know these blocks by the name “v-wedge blocks”. These blocks are useful for a number of projects, both big and small. They are unique because of the way they slide together and interlock: by use of the v-wedges. Each block has a total of four wedges. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding wedge, while both the bottom and opposite side have an inverted wedge. These opposite wedges fit together smoothly, enabling them to be interlocked for a variety of purposes. Another helpful feature that these blocks have is their rebar handle loop, which can be used for moving these blocks without special rigging equipment. Now, we offer two different sizes of these blocks for the city of Chattanooga: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer can carry either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or eighteen of the 4’ blocks. If you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks, please feel free to give us a call and we’d love to chat. 833-763-1711

We provide concrete barrier blocks in Chattanooga, TN, which can be used for a variety of purposes. Below we created a list of some of the more common uses for concrete blocks. Their uses are not limited to just these options, so if you have any ideas or questions regarding further concrete block usage, please let us know! We’d love to hear from you. We provide bin blocks in Chattanooga, TN, which can be received in one of two ways: through delivery or pick up. Both of these methods have a few requirements that must be met in order for them to go safely and smoothly. We will discuss these requirements with you down below and we thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Let’s start with the delivery requirements. First off, you must have the proper type and size of block offloading equipment. In order to properly and safely offload the blocks, this equipment must be able to do two different things. First, it must be able to reach a height of 7 ‘+, because, in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are 2’. Second, this equipment must be capable of carrying the weight of your blocks (2,400-3,600lbs). Then, the last delivery requirement is that there must be an open space of 47’-53’ available so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the drop off area. If you do not have access to this much space, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby area and then use smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired location. Now we will move on to the pick up requirements. The first thing you will need to do is give us a call. During this call, someone from our team would be more than happy to help you set up a date and time to come to our facility and pick up your blocks. We will load the blocks onto the trailer for you, but we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that we can use to secure them down. Again, if you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes and their requirements, please do not hesitate to give us a call. Thank you.
