We provide bin blocks in Champaign, IL; but maybe you know these blocks by the name “v-wedge” blocks? These v-wedge blocks are extremely useful for a number of different projects. These blocks have the ability to be slid together and interlocked, thanks to their v-wedges. Each block has four of these v-shaped wedges. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge, while both the bottom and opposite side of the block have an inverted v-wedge. These two, different shaped wedges enable you to slide them together smoothly and efficiently. In addition to the v-wedges, another helpful feature these blocks possess is a rebar handle loop, which can be found on the top of each block. This loop enables you to move the blocks around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for the city of Champaign, IL: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. If you have any questions or would like further information on these blocks, please feel free to give us a call and we’d love to speak with you! Thanks!

We provide bin blocks in Champaign, IL. You can receive your blocks after purchasing them in one of two ways: either through delivery or pick up. We will discuss the requirements for both of these options down below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever about the requirements regarding delivery or pick up, please do not hesitate to give us a call today. Thank you! Now, let’s start with the delivery requirements. First, you will need to have an open space of 47’-53’ so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the block drop off site. If you do not have this much space at your disposal, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then use smaller equipment to transport the blocks back to the actual site. Next, you will be required to have the proper, on-site equipment that can be used to offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. In order to do this, this equipment must be capable of doing two different things. First, it must be able to carry the weight of your blocks (1,800p-3,600lbs). Second, since, in height, the trailer is 5’ and the blocks are 2’, this equipment must be able to reach a height of 7 ‘+. That’s it for the delivery requirements! Let’s talk about the pick up requirements now. First, you will need to give us a call in order to set up a date and time to come to our facility and pick up your blocks. When you come to get the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you, but we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down. Again, we thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements.
