We provide concrete bin blocks in Brownsville, TX. What exactly are these blocks though and why are they worth purchasing? These blocks are uniquely designed and equipped with features that allow them to come in handy for a variety of projects! These blocks even have the ability to be slid together and interlocked, which is thanks to their v-wedge structures. Each block has four of these v-wedges that makes this interlocking possible. On both the top and side of each block you can find a protruding v-wedge while you can find an inverted v-wedge on both the bottom and other side. These v-wedges allow the blocks to be slid together and interlocked because they are oppositely shaped, allowing them to fit together smoothly. Each block also comes with a rebar handle loop installed on its top. This loop allows you to move the blocks around with ease, meaning you do not have to have any special or complicated kind of rigging equipment in order to move them around. We offer these blocks in two different sizes for the city of Brownville, TX: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 4’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 2,400lbs. When it comes to the transportation of these blocks, each trailer is capable of carrying up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or eighteen of the 4’ blocks. We would love to answer any questions you may have or provide you with further information if you desire, so please give us a call today! We would be more than happy to chat with you. We provide concrete bin blocks in Brownsville, TX but how exactly do we get these blocks to your project site after you purchase them? We offer, not one, but two options of how you can receive your blocks after purchasing them. Even better, you get to choose which option you would like! Although we allow you to select whichever method you would prefer, please note that both of these processes come with their own couple of requirements that will need to be met on your end of things to ensure that these processes are able to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through the requirements associated with both of the processes below. The two processes that you are able to choose from are block delivery and block pick up. We will start by going over the requirements for the block delivery process. The first requirement is having the proper size of block offloading equipment that is on-site and capable of safely offloading the blocks from the delivery trailer once they arrive. To safely offload the blocks from the trailer, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and 2) carry the weight of your blocks safely (2,400-3,600lbs). The second requirement is having enough space available so that the delivery semi is able to safely maneuver in and out of the block drop off site. To enter and exit the drop off site safely, there will need to be an open space of 47’-53’ available. Do you not have this much extra space? Do not worry! We have a secondary option of offloading the blocks at another nearby area that does have enough space and then using smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site afterwards. These are the only requirements for the block delivery process so we will now switch over to discussing the requirements for the block pick up process. The first requirement is giving us a call. During this call, you will be able to speak to one of our team members and arrange a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick up your blocks, our team will gladly load the blocks onto the trailer for you so you do not need to worry about that part of things. The second requirement, however, is bringing with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. These are the only requirements for the block pick up process as well! We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever, we would be more than happy to speak with you. Please give our team a call today!
