We provide bin blocks in Billings, MT. We offer these blocks in one size for this city: a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs. When it comes to the transportation of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of these blocks. Why are these blocks so special though? These blocks are specially equipped with v-wedges that allow you to slide each of the blocks together simply and smoothly. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge. On both the bottom and other side of the block, you can find an inverted v-wedge. These blocks also come with a rebar handle loop on each of their tops, which can be used to move the blocks around without having to use complicated rigging equipment. These blocks are a great addition to a variety of projects, both large scale and small. To receive more information or to ask us any questions you may have, please give us a call today! We provide bin blocks in Billings, MT. After purchasing your blocks, how exactly do you receive them? We offer two different modes of block receival. However, both of these methods have a couple different requirements that must be met in order for the processes to go safely and smoothly. We will go over these requirements with you below, starting with the delivery process. If you have any questions or concerns regarding either of these processes or their requirements, please feel free to give us a call and we would be more than happy to speak with you. Here are the block delivery requirements. First off, you will need to make sure you have the proper, on-site block offloading equipment that is ready to offload the blocks once they arrive. In order to safely and efficiently offload the blocks, this equipment must be able to 1) withstand carrying the weight of your blocks (3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (because, in height, the blocks are 2’ and the trailer is 5’). Second, you will need to make sure you have enough space for the delivery semi to safely enter and exit the drop off site. A space of 47’-53’ will be required for this purpose. If you do not have this much space available, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired location. That wraps up the delivery requirements! We will now proceed to the block pick up requirements. First, you will need to give us a call. During this call, someone from our team will help you set up a date and time during which you can come to our facility and pick up your blocks. When you come to pick up the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you. However, we ask that you bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer. That is all that there is for the block pick-up requirements as well. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these two process requirements. Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you.
