We provide concrete bin blocks in Aurora, IL, but what exactly are these concrete bin blocks. These blocks are an affordable, environmentally-friendly option that can be utilized in a variety of different projects. These blocks are equipped with v-wedges, which allow the blocks to slide together smoothly. Each block has four v-wedges that allow them to do this. On both the top and side of the block, you can find a protruding v-wedge. On both the bottom and opposite side, you can find an inverted v-wedge. Because these two v-wedges are oppositely shaped, they are able to slide together easily. This feature can be helpful for a variety of purposes. These blocks also have a rebar handle loop on each of their tops. This loop allows you to move the blocks around without having to use any complicated or special kind of rigging equipment. For the city of Aurora, we offer these blocks in two different sizes. We offer a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to the transporting of these blocks, each trailer can carry up to thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. We would be more than happy to help you out if you have any questions or would like further information about these blocks or our services. Please give us a call today at the following number: 331-204-3111

We provide concrete bin blocks in Aurora, IL. After you purchase these blocks, you may be wondering, “How do I receive my blocks?”. We have the answer for you! We offer the option of either block delivery or block pick up. You can feel free to select whichever method you would like. However, please note that, regardless of which method you choose, there are a couple of requirements that will need to be met in order for these processes to go safely and smoothly. We will go over these requirements below though, starting with those of these block delivery processes. If you have any questions or concerns though, please do not hesitate to give us a call today. Someone from our friendly team will be more than happy to help you out. Here are the requirements necessary for the block delivery process. First, you will need to make sure you have an open space of 47’-53’ accessible so that the delivery semi is able to maneuver safely in and out of the block drop-off location. If you do not have this much space accessible to you, we have the option of dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then using smaller equipment to transport the blocks to the actual, desired site. Second, you will need to have equipment that is the proper size and capable of offloading the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. In order to offload the blocks safely, this equipment will need to be able to 1) carry the weights of your blocks (1,800-3,600lbs) and 2) reach a height of 7 ‘+ (in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). That is all that is required for the block delivery process. We will now go over the requirements for the block pick up process. First, you will need to give us a call. When you call, someone from our excellent team can assist you in setting up a date and time to come to one of our facilities and pick up your blocks then. We ask that you please bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. In terms of loading the blocks onto the trailer, we will load them up for you, so no need to worry about that part of things. That is all that is required for the block pick up process as well. Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns! We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements!
