Different Sizes of Lego Blocks

In this article, we will talk about the sizes of concrete lego blocks we provide. First off, our lego blocks are equipped to interlock using the two cylindrical shapes on top of the block and the two, engraved holes on the bottom. These blocks are like a lifesize version of the little, plastic lego blocks we all have played with before. However, obviously, these blocks are a much bigger size and weight compared to the little ones sold in toy stores. By utilizing their interlocking system, you can use these blocks for a number of projects. They can slide together easily and smoothly, without taking a ton of extra work and time to get them to secure with one another. We provide these special lego blocks in two different sizes. The first one is the full sized block. The block measures 5’ x 2.5 x’ 2.5’ and weighs in at 4,700lbs. The other, half-sized block measures 2.5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5’ and weighs in at 2,350lbs. In regards to transportation, ten of the full sized 5’ x 2.5’ x 2.5′ blocks can fit per trailer while twenty of the half sized blocks can fit per trailer. Please note that if you are going to have these blocks delivered to you, that you will need the proper type of equipment to offload the blocks when they arrive. Depending on the weight and size of the blocks you are receiving, you may need to have special, heavy duty equipment. Your offloading equipment must be able to reach a height up to 7’+. This is because the delivery trailer is usually 5’ in height and each block is around 2’ in height as well. Your equipment must also be able to carry large amounts of weight safely and securely. It must be able to withstand carrying weights ranging from 4,700-2,350lbs, depending on if you are ordering the half sized block or the full sized blocks. Now that we’ve discussed the block sizes, what can you do with these half sized, or full sized, lego blocks? Well, they can be used in numerous ways. Some of the ways our previous customers have utilized these awesome blocks have been the following projects: creating bins used for storage, managing parking lots/roads, helping control traffic, general weights, protection for fuel and/or propane tanks, anchor weights for large tents, creating concrete retaining walls, separation of/creating privacy for areas of property, road district material storage, and security of various utilities. There is also an option for adding decorative faces onto our lego blocks! These faces can add a pit of character, personalization, and design to your project, whatever it may be.
