You can find two types of oppositely shaped v-wedges on each of the concrete bin blocks. A protruding v-wedge can be found on the top and one of the blocks’ sides, and an inverted v-wedge can be found on the bottom and the other side of the block. Then, you can find two types of cylindrical shaped structures on each of the concrete lego blocks. You can find two cylindrical shaped protrusions on the top of each block and two indents of the same cylindrical shape on the bottom. This ability to slide together and interlock can be useful for various purposes. Each of the blocks of both types also has a rebar handle loop on each of the tops, making moving the blocks around quite easy. You are not required to use any special or complicated rigging equipment. We provide concrete bin blocks and concrete lego blocks in San Mateo, CA. After purchasing these blocks, you are able to select the method in which you would prefer to receive them. For the receival of these blocks, we offer the options of block delivery or block pick up. Although you are free to select whichever method you would prefer, a couple of requirements will need to be met on your end of things in order to ensure that the process you select can go safely and smoothly. Both of these methods have their own set of requirements so we will go over them below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these requirements. We are also here for you if you have any questions or concerns about either of these processes or their requirements so please give us a call today if this is the case. Thanks! Now, here are the requirements that need to be met when selecting the block delivery process. First, you will need to have the proper size of equipment that can safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To make sure this is possible, this equipment will need to be able to 1) reach a height of 7’+ (because, in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’) and 2) carry the weight of your blocks (1,800-4,750 lbs). Second, your block drop off site must have an open space of 47’-53’ so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the area. If your block drop site does not have this much space, we have the option of dropping the blocks off at another nearby location and then utilizing smaller equipment to move them to the actual desired site. That covers the requirements that must be met when selecting the block delivery process so we will now go over the requirements that must be met when selecting the block pick up process. First, you will need to give us a call so that we can help you set up a date and time to come pick up your blocks from one of our facilities. Someone from our team would be happy to do so when you call. When you do come to pick up the blocks, we will load them onto the trailer for you, so there is no need to worry about that part of things. Second, however, you will need to bring along a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. That covers the requirements that must be met when selecting the block pick up process as well. Again, please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about either of these processes or requirements. Thank you!
