We provide concrete bin blocks in Vallejo, CA. We offer a great selection of affordable, environmentally friendly concrete blocks that are able to be used for a variety of purposes. We offer these specific bin blocks in two different sizes for this particular city. We offer both a 6’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 3,600lbs and a 3’ x 2’ x 2’ block that weighs 1,800lbs. When it comes to transporting these blocks, each trailer is capable of carrying up to either thirteen of the 6’ blocks or twenty-six of the 3’ blocks. What exactly makes these blocks so special and useful though? Each of these blocks come equipped with v-wedges, which are structures that allow the blocks to be fit and interlocked together. This ability can come in handy for a variety of purposes. You can find a protruding v-wedge on the top and side of the block, as well as an inverted v-wedge on the bottom and other side of the block. These oppositely shaped v-wedges are what allow the blocks to fit together so smoothly. Each block also comes with a rebar handle loop installed on its top. This loop allows you to move the blocks around easily and without being required to use any complicated or special kind of rigging equipment. We would be happy to speak with you if you have any questions or if you would like further information about us or our concrete blocks. We provide concrete bin blocks in Vallejo, CA, which are able to be received in one of two ways. We offer you the choice between having your blocks delivered to your project site or you are able to come pick them up from one of our plants. Although the choice is up to you, please note that we will need your help with meeting a couple of requirements in order for the process you choose to go safely and smoothly. We will walk you through what these requirements are below. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever regarding these requirements, please contact us and we would love to speak with you! We will start off with the requirements that need to be met in order for the block delivery process to go safely and smoothly. First, you will need to have the proper size of on-site equipment that is ready to safely offload the blocks from the trailer once they arrive. To make sure that this equipment can safely offload the blocks from the trailer, it needs to be able to carry the weight of your blocks safely (1,800-3,600lbs) and reach a height of 7’+ (in height, the blocks are about 2’ and the trailer is about 5’). Second, you will need to make sure that your intended block drop off site has an open, accessible space of 47’-53’ so that the delivery semi can safely enter and exit the area. If you do not have this much space available at your block drop off site, we can discuss dropping the blocks off at an alternate location. From this alternate location we can use smaller equipment to transport them to the actual, desired site. These are the only requirements that need to be met in order for the block delivery process to go safely and smoothly. We will now switch over to explaining the requirements that need to be met in order for the block pick up process to go safely and smoothly. First, you will need to schedule a date and time to come to one of our plants and pick up your blocks. You can do so by giving us a call and speaking to one of our team members who would be happy to help you out! Second, on your block pick up date and time, please bring with you a set of chains and/or straps that can be used to secure the blocks down to the trailer once they are loaded up. Our team will take care of loading the blocks onto the trailer for you though, so please do not worry yourself with this part of things. These are the only requirements that need to be met in order for the block pick up process to go safely and smoothly. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Again, please do not hesitate to give us a call today if you have any questions or concerns! We would be happy to help.
